"Secondly...." After an hour worth of lessons, Manda was now skilled in attacking and defending with his sword. He flipping in the air, slicing through the thick mist of Kirigakure. Finally, he got tired and approached Kisame. "Well, thanks for all the help. I really appreciate it." Kisame stood up. He was watching Manda while sitting down because he was tired of watching. "No problem. Just be sure to remember your manners, okay? If you do, you should have no troubles." Manda nodded in approval. I'll be sure to remember that. Well, I have a little bit of chakra left because we were standing on this water for a long time. But I want to show you a new technqiue." Manda channeled what little chakra he had left into his sword until the chakra started swirling around the blade. He placed the blade in the water and created a whirlpool. Kisame looked on with a smile. "Nice kid. But I already know of this technique." Kisame disappeared into the mist as Manda sighed. "Man, that guy's really something..." He turned and went home.

The following day, Manda stood in a field in Kirigakure. "Well, since I'm here I guess I'll go learn a new move. Water Clone seems like a good choice." He dug into his pockets and pulled out a scroll. The scroll listed techniques Manda was going to learn. They also had the seals and amount of chakra the user is supposed to use listed next to the correct techniques. "Hmm..." Manda rolled the scroll back up after memorizing the seals and put it away. Performing the seals correctly, Manda yelled out, "Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu!" After waiting ten seconds, Manda sighed. "I wonder what I did wrong?" As he started pondering, a mist concealed the area.

When the technique was finally dispelled, Manda started looking around to see who did it. He finally saw a sword slicing through the air towards his neck. He ducked swiftly and rolled. When he caught his foot after the roll, his katana was in his hand. The sword hit a tree and was lodged into it. Manda looked towards the sword, ready to attack, when a man suddenly appeared on the sword. His back was facing Manda and his head slowly turned. "Nicely done, kid. I guess you're skilled enough for me to help you." Manda approached cautiously. His hand was shaking as he gripped his sword tighter for more courage. "And who might you be?"

"Momochi Zabuza. The Demon of Kirigakure." Manda's body shivered and the hair on the back of his neck was standing on edge. Demon of Kirigakure? I've heard of him. Very dangerous. "....So you're going to help me with the Mizu Bushin no Jutsu?" Zabuza and his sword disappeared from the tree and he was standing behind Manda. Their back were facing each other. "Yeah, as a favor for dodging my Zanbato. First of all, you're not skilled enough to perform Mizu techniques without a water source. You're lacking a little bit of common sense, aren't you? And put that sword away before you poke your eye out!" Manda grumbled under his breath as he put his sword away.

"Follow me, kid." Zabuza leaned forward and started dashing off into the forest. "Ahh, wait for me!" Manda turned around and tried to follow him. He soon got lost wand walked around the forest a little bit. "Now how am I supposed to find him? 'You're lacking a little bit of common sense, aren't you?'" Manda continued to mock Zabuza until he realized what he was supposed to do. "I need a water source so let's go to a place with a lot of water." He finally made it to the clearing where he learned the Water Breathing Skill and found Zabuza. "You're late. I should take your head for making me wait." Manda stood in front of Zabuza, a bit ticked off. But Zabuza couldn't tell because Manda was wearing a mask and his headband over one of his eyes, which blocked both of his eyebrows.

"Are you giving me a scornful look, kid?" Manda's eyes got big as he lied. "Eh...no?" He can see right through me... Zabuza stared a bit longer. "Whatever. Let's begin. You already know the seals and the amount of chakra you're supposed to use so just do it again." Manda nodded. "Yes, sir." At a slow speed, he started performing seals. The seals were formed perfectly and Manda got ready to do the technique. Channeling the right amount of chakra, Manda yelled out, "Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu!!!" Zabuza stared at him after nothing happened. "Idiot. Did you concentrate on the water beside you?" Manda stared blankly back. "Uhh..no. I didn't know I had to."

"Give me your scroll." Manda looked confused but gave it to him anyway. Zabuza tossed it into the air and the scroll fell to the fell. Manda looked at the scroll as it just broke into two pieces. He looked back at Zabuza who was holding the handle of his sword while it was still strapped to his back. "That scroll is obviously not helping you one bit." He moves with blinding speed!! "So this is the strength of the Kiri no Shinobigatana Nananin Shu (Shinobi Swordsmen of the Mist)? Fine then! I won't lose to you or anybody else!" Manda put his hands together and prepared to do the technique one last time. He closed his eyes and started concentrating.

First, Manda concentrated on the water beside him. Then he performed the seals as fast as he could, which was quite slow. Finally, he combined his chakra with the seals and shouted at the top of his lungs, "Mizu Bunshin No Jutsuuuuu!!!!" The water formed into a clone of Manda. He opened his eyes and looked at it. "Whoo! I did it!" Manda suddenly felt a loss of energy. Zabuza noticed this also. "Oh yeah. The Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu uses one-eight of your real strength. Don't ever forget that." The clone turned back into water as Manda nodded. "Thanks. Can you teach me one more jutsu before you leave? It's the jutsu you did earlier."

Mitsuko returned to her village from her training. She didn't feel like she learned enough, but she cannot neglect her job as Mizukage. If the village had a civil was, riot, or was under attack, she would be on the front lines. But there didn't seem to be much going on, and a group of obnoxious children came running her way for some autographs. Mitsuko sighed and tried to put on a sincere smile.

Arrving in mist Neoshin looks around waiting for his opponent to arrive that requested him to come "Hmmm..... where is he?" Neoshin looks at the sun and tells what time it is tapping his foot with his arms crossed "He's late."

Rikkou walked into the mist village as he looked into the sky and waited for the jonin to appear"Hopefully he not gonna be late i hate to have to wait here all day"Rikkou said as he took a seat and look at the note as it said neoshin

Rikkou Looked at neo as he made a stop toward the ground then perform some handseals Future sight Rikkou said as he finished the handseals looking at neo as he change to the Strong Fist style and kept on the defensive

Neoshin started jogging in place as he lowered his body a bit and got back up putting his arm out and bent infront of him with his hands open and his fingers out as well "Now let's see how my new style works on you." He grew a serious face and flicked his nose beginning to move to the right circleing you a bit looking at your stance some more

Mitsuko just finished signing the 8th autograph when she sensed the prescence of chakra. It was faint but building in intensity. Making a kage bunshin to stall the kids, Mitsuko went off in search of the battle she knew was gonna start soon.
