Last night you were Tracking a Tiger Catgirl correct? did she happen to look like this?" he pulled a picture out of Tora. "If so i than i think we might be able to help eachother."
"I'm listening.""Yeah well first lets get this guy out of here...I don't think i wanna fight with him again we better get moving. I'll Explain on the way though."

Talents/powers: Can breath underwater and can control the seas and other water, uh, things. sweatdrop Can use water magic.
Extra info: Has some light powers that can only be used from deep inside the heart and takes a lot of energy to use. Was born in The Moon Kingdom from a human and an elf. Also, has a small panda pet named Pitiko.

"Tora, the catgirl I was sent to capture yesterday but didn't retrieve? I know nothing but her name and that she has powers that interest the base." Shimaru looked over again at the strange man, perplexed. "Is there something different about her?"

Kuro sighed after Shimaru told him.
"Typical..." he grunted "your superiors didn't really tell you much did they? all right here where it starts, Tora even at an early age excelled at being a Shaman. Shamans are known for summoning spirits seeing the future or the past Tora was able to summon spirits but what happened was she, opened a door that should've been kept shut, so to speak, she released a Symbiotic called Nekoyou who then proceeded to poesess her and slaughter her entire village, ever since then Tora has been wandering everywhere. when she loses consciousness, nekoyou takes over and raises all hell. actually hold on a minute let me show you why your superirors might be interested"
he moved a large brach from the tree. "she lost consciousness near this 'township' a few hours"
he walked towards a decimated building and pointed out a man, or rather what was left of him. the man was ripped in two.
"..she did that with her bare hands." he said grimacing. "I've been hunting her for 5 years and this is the closest i got." he stared at the dead man. "we'd best be leaving before the authorities show up."
as if on cue sirens filled the air.
"lets go.." he said slowly leaving the town.
