I saw that captain Jack one on the other day actually XD Why don't we just out a drain in the floor and take a hose and some dish soap? That could probably get rid of them.
Oh oh! Speaking of workouts I had my CF Expres test yesterday and I got exempt again! ^.^ despite the fact my running SUCKED. ^.^

Yes, basically it's the standard of physical activity you have to repeat on a yearly basis to basically stay in. For girls my age, that means I have to have a beep test of 5 (5.5 to get exempt) I have to have a grip test of at least 50, do a min. of 9 pushups and 15 situps.
During the summer I did two in basic training, I didn't get my exempt the first time because of the running, I think I just barely got a 5. Though the second time around...did I get a 7???I may have...
Anyway, my running dropped to 5.5 this time (I seriously was SECONDS away from heaving, and after I stopped it was only my supreme *i don't wanna throw up in front of people control* that stopped that. Pushups I did 22 which is down two , and situps I did 40? or 41? which is down two or three. My grip tests I had about 53? My grips are always really weak ^.^;;

don't push yourself too much to that point. I did that once and I totally blacked out. I made the cut on my PT but still I was told I could have had a cardio arrest while blacked out.

Oh gosh yes, though you'd think I'd only manage to equate with you guys as your all ..well...GUYS and more than likely are supposed to have a higher metabolism naturally. We went grocery shopping today and I did my good deed! The boy scouts were asking people to take these bags and go shopping for needy families. It even had a list of food on it that they needed, which speaking of I forgot to pick up peanut butter >.>... but anyway! I took it and went around and got stuff! ^.^ I got baby formula and food and tuna and noodles and rice and KD and and ummm some sidekicks, and stew! and I can't remember what else. I wish I could have done it without my parents though! They kept taking the cart and forced me to carry everything in my hands, so I forgot so much XD Ah well next year.
