He smiles and takes his hand out of his pocket. "Call him? What for?.. I hope that means you're going to trick him here, then murder his children while he's out?" he asks, looking hopeful.

Lettingteh vampire run for a couple dozen yards, Myyth accelerated and ran a bit to one side, forcing him to turn, or have her reach him. Now they were headed back in to the center of the pack, and from the look of her vampire, he had just about stopped panicking. The fact that he then turned and started to run for some trees confirmed her sususpion. Letting him pull ahead a bit she wondered just what he had in mind.
When he hit the tree line, she almost had to laugh. Up a tree he might think he was safe, but hardly. Circling the base of the tree looking up she waited untill the taunts about her race and kind started to rain down on her. There, he'd insulted her. Now she had reason to kill him, beyond the sport of it.
Letting him think he was safe for a final second she then rapidly got around the back of the tree, and jumped against it hitting it half way up to the nearest branch. Sinking her nails into the bark with another bound she was level with a very shocked looking vampire.
He then jumped to the next tree over, and the one after that. It was in mid leap to the 5th or 6th tree that Myyth hit him from behind, and caused them both to fall back to the ground with her teeth sunk deep into his shoulder. Landing more or less on top of him, she felt his bones snap in a couple different places, including the shoulder she had her teeth sunk into.
Before the fledgeling could really recover from the fall, Myyth released his should, and sank her teeth into his neck. With a quick twist and shake, she succeeded in breaking it. And with a final twist and tug, she pulled his head from his shoulders, effectively ensuring he wouldn't be getting up.

Morbidea touched her neck where the pendant used to be.
I ouldnt take it from you, unless I had super powers or something.

"No" he replies simply. "But do not forget I managed to describe it without having seen it before. Would you risk this precious item on one little needless conversation?" he asks, smiling. He felt sure that she could not possibly risk it, even if the chances were slim.

Takiko watched everyone from a tree branch. She was perfectly silent as she watched them. Takiko stood on a thick tree branch, as she leaned against the trunk of the tree.

"You see and then when you put your hand in your pocket if it was in that pocket we would have heard even a slight jingle." I laugh. "You just have air in that pocket."
