you run around serving people getting them drinks taking their plates away that sort of stuff, this wasn't like in a resturaunt though. We had to bring them their salad and scurry around 11 tables of nine people pouring water,punch, lemonaide and trying to orgonize three salade dressing for the whole room...I did that with four other people for three hours straight then I had to move tables around and pack chairs...but that was extreamly fun, then we ran outside and started running up the wall and popping baloons with safty pins....can't forget the spiked punch!
