I have considered using it to wish for the creation and possession of a canon style rinnegan for my uchiha

I'll deem it up to you, since you're the one fighting him.
But after the exams, he needs to work on reworking his character. Since that should never have been accepted.

There was NOT A SINGLE POINT, that I said ANYTHING about who there was to blame for the reason I had to go back and look over made ups.

1) Joker is not an uchiha, he just has a borrowed Sharingan
2) neither of the rinnegan that exist are real in my book as they are not the canon version of the eyes, hence why I would use the wish to make mine so

Point taken on Joker not being an actual Uchiha. As far as the guild's Rinnegan not being real, it seemed pretty close to me. If there's something it's missing or doing wrong, wouldn't it be easier to just fix it, rather than make a whole other pair of eyes? What would they be called, the Rin-new-gan? Rinnegan Mark Two?

As far as wishes, I'm wondering if I shouldn't have stuck with my original wish. Not so much buyer's remorse as wondering if I got fast-talked out of what I should have gone for.

I didn't accuse you of outing me. I accused you of accusing me offhandedly of abusing my power for the sole purpose of furthering my own characters. Though I got to love how you stubbornly refuse to believe me when I say I didn't. After all even that word choice of 'outting' suggests you're revealing some sort of crime, a shame it's one that I didn't commit.

And don't try to intimidate or frighten me... this is the internet neither one of us is even going to be able to adversely affect one another except in getting each other more pissed off at the other. Which makes this entire thing pointless, I've already deferred to your judgement on the matter of the customs... I admit that I approved many things that shouldn't have been considered. Yes I suck at judging made-ups, I've said this before, I said it before I was forced to do the damn job cause you were off doing god knows what, and I'll say it again when you inevitably wander off on your own to do whatever it is you do when you abandon us... but I absolutely refuse to allow you to besmirch my reputation with the insinuation that I approved Hourai Elixir with the sole purpose in mind of using it myself.
