I wish I knew. It seems that Nippon Ichi - the company that makes Disgaea - tends to have limited runs of their titles. Kind of a shame, as it is a true quality game.
Another really good campany was Working Designs - R.I.P. - whom did many an RPG, including the Lunar series.
*sigh* Seems the best things in life are really rare! @_@
