Oassu smiled squeezing Felina's hand gently "Well least it seems quiet for now," he said noting some of the passengers already preparing to doze off as the engine rumbled quietly "Kinda exciting I think, never travelled quite like this before" he said brightly picking up their bags before putting them in the overhead storage space.
Gil chuckled patting his armour "I'm wearing more or less everything I own anyway so yeah can move whenever you like" he said stretching "Don't suppose you have anything to eat before we go Alpha?" he asked making a mental note to get Satoshi an emerald sometime.

Alpha stood up and moved over to the kitchen "Sure theres food in. Take a few things to eat but not too much as the rest of us need some for breakfast and dinner tomorrow. Want a hand with getting your bag down... I didn't even think you had that much stuff on the airship" he offered noticing how much as crammed inside her bad. "If ya can though could you bring me something really spicy back?"

Hayate smiled slinging his bag overhead next to Oassu's then waited allowing them to take up the seats nearer to the window "These kind of flights aren't so bad. Night flights like this are especially quiet as most people want a good snooze" he muttered removing a book to read later into the trip.
Felina yawned hopping in first and claiming her window seat "I'll probably try and join the sleepers shortly but what do you mean you haven't travelled like this before? We've travelled pleanty of times like this on the airship just less cramped" she wondered not sure of what Oassu meant.
Satoshi licked the top of her lip spotting the jam in the side of the fridge "Theres some nice food in here but I think its best we go for more snack food that you dont need to keep cool" she yawned moving away to the cupbaords for the biscuits "Thanks for the offer but I can lift my bags just fine, they are all lighter than they look or else I would have had to pay extra I bet for extra luggage room"

Oassu nodded noticing how most of the passengers were elves "Must be a good few returning to Yithra on this flight, can't say I blame them for wanting to get away for a bit" he said sitting down next to Felina and peeking past her out the window to the dark sky "Well I've never really travelled on a commercial airship before it's just....different y'know?" he said.
Gil nodded "I could always carry it if you need a hand but yeah we won't be airborne too long will be checking in early morning to an inn so should get some sleep at least" he said taking a milkshake from the fridge and a small disposable bag to carry food in before bagging a packet of crisps too before deciding it was all he needed "Right then I'm ready to leave" he said kneeling down to pet Enkidu who was looking sleepily at everyone seeing they were up and moving.

Alpha sighed giving Enkidu a pat on the head before moving to the door to see the pair off "It doesn't matter what plane food you have really for high altitudes alter your taste buds slightly. Anyway I'll stop rabling and let you leave so have a good flight and hike acros the country when your down on the grond again which I'll bet will be a relief to you"

Felina leaned back against her seat as much as she could allowing Oassu to see out the window not that anything could be made out through the black sky "It's a little like being on a bigger airbus that has been designed for longer journeys to me. It feels nice to be going home just for a little bit and I bet many of these elves feel the same" she yawned leaning on his shoulder.
Hayate paused quickly scanning the other passengers on board before climbing into his seat "Most of these elves will be returning home for the festival with one or two exceptions who might want to go on holiday there over the period. Though you two should try and get some sleep soon, your not gonna see a thing out that window until it gets light tomorrow"
Satoshi scratched her head "Actually I never noticed anything like that when I've had food on the airship or while in Kunec" she mumbled readjusting her main bag more securely onto her shoulders. "Right see ya Alpha and you can tell everyone theres a festival present for each of you in my room and under the bed"

Oassu nodded "Yeah suppose so" he said clipping on his seatbelt "I'll get some sleep once we take off, I hear there's usually a bunch of announcements early on that would just wake me up anyway" he said squeezing Felina's hand gently "You're almost asleep already though" he chuckled quietly to Felina.
Gil nodded whistling to Enkidu who bounded to his heels "Alright, we'll be off then, good night Alpha, have a safe flight" he said stretching as he stepped outside the airship "Ready to go Satoshi?" he asked "Nice of you to stash little presents away from them in advance" he said happily.

Alpha smiled and nodded holding the door "Ok I'll let them know and pass on the gifts to Hebal and Zadina on the day. Thanks for whatever the gift is. You'll have to wait until you come back for my gift though. They wouldn't allow it one a commercial flight you see" he explained.

Felina slowly nodded clipping on her seatbelt "Well its been a hard day and if theres nothing to see out the window then theres nothing to wait around for after all the announcements. Hopefully there will be no need to translate for you either meaning easier to switch off too" she grinned cloing her eyes and listening as a voice came on the announcer in elven welcoming the passengers on board.
Hayate leaned forward whispering to Oassu "They will talk in Agralian after, they always just start with the lanuage of their destination. Then they do Grian but you don't need that and so far its nothing special"
Satoshi waved to Alpha one last time as she hopped down the steps "My guess is he's got us booze since the airship companies hate anyone even trying to take it on the flight with them. But yep, feel free to lead the way" she answered linking arms with Gil's.

Oassu nodded understanding before giving Felina a quick kiss on the cheek "Guess I'll just try and get some sleep once the announcements are done" he said smiling as he watched a mother tuck a baby elf in on the aisle across from them "How long you reckon we'll be in the air or will the announcement cover that?" he asked Hayate.
Gil smiled "I don't know I hear some actually sell it in the air but sure lets get going though really you should lead the way since I have no idea where we are going" he said waving to Alpha as they left the airship moving back towards the main aerodrome lobby

Alpha yawned slowly shutting the door "Hmm.... it's going to be a long and boring wait with nobody about for the next couple of hours" he muttered to himself as he glanced up at the clock. After a moment of hesitation he switched the kettle on and opened up his magazine.

Hayate hesitated listening further to the announcement "According to this, we'll be in the air for six and a half hours" he stated throwing a blanket over an already asleep Felina from under the seat. "I'm not sure what you did today and I'm not sure I want to know but it certainly tired her out" he chuckled sitting back as the announcement switched to Agralian.

Oassu rolled his eyes giving Felina a quick kiss on the cheek before reaching under his seat for a blanket for himself "Just had a busy day today plus it's late anyway" he said pulling it over himself before making a quick check on Cid under Felina's blanket who was sleeping soundly "Still will be morning when we arrive then" he said yawning "But goodnight Hayate don't be too noisy" he said closing his eyes as he listened to the Agralian announcement.

Hebal jerked upright, having awoken suddenly from the first nightmare she had experienced since she had joined the group. "Ugh my neck hurts, should have gone to bed earlier" she groaned throwing the blanket off herself and shuffled to the window while she recalled how she fell asleep the night before. Suddenly she let out a small excited sqeal spotting the familiar trees of her forest rustling in the wind outside the airship a short way off.

"Hey Oassu, Felina, wake up. We're landing now" Hayate called to them giving the pair a good shake each soon followed by Wedge trying to do the same by perching on their shoulders "By the way, hope you hve some warm clothes as its apparently -14 down there" he added snickering at the wide awake Cid jumping up and down on Felina.
Felina sighed finally waking up when gently slapped on the nose by Cid's paw craving attention "Ummm.... morning Hayate" she mumbled rubbing her eyes and glancing out the window "ooh look you can see the forest in the distence. I think its the forest anyway"
