Dani says quickly over her shoulder, then continues to talk to Tony.
"So, I think we'll need to discuss more about the building parameters, and getting a licence. That is if you don't already have one. And then we have to..."
Dani continued to talk, trying to be professional, but mostly she was daydreaming about Tony... and the hot tub...

The wonderful thing about the Nexus....thank you, Barrista Boy....is that I don't NEED a license. Look at the gentleman's, and I use the term loosely, society Powell started. He didn't get a license or anything. He just did it. Our venture can go the same way.

As soon as possible. I want to get on top of...this idea before someone else thinks of it. Come to think of it...you should put a show together for the theater that will be inside. We need a show.

I can see that happening. I'd love to come up with something... Thrilling. However, as owner I also understand that you'll be needing to see all performances before they are to be met on stage.

Dani couldn't help but lay on that New Orleans charm. Flirting with Stark was a real kick.
"Well perhaps you could give me a hand now. That is if you aren't too busy?"
She got up and paid for their drinks

Dani had just ordered her Non-fat, Iced, caramel mocha with no froth and light whip and drizzle. That's when she heard Mr. Stark's limo pull up.
There was a slight smile when she turned around,drink in her hand and walked over to where he was sitting.
"Hello. Mr. Stark. Thank you for meeting me. I hope you don't mind. I've already ordered for myself."
She wondered if he would like anything... to drink... that was at this shop...

No problem, Ms Baptiste. You know I always enjoy you....'re company.
::Tony flashed Dani a grin and opened his briefcase. He removed a set of blueprints for their joint venture.::
As you can see, I have included everything on premises. In addition to the casino, we will have the five star hotel and restaurant, nightclub/bar, and the amphitheater for your shows.
