no 90% of bacteria in saliva is symbiotic while any disease coming from ANY bodily fluid you need a wound for it to enter through....so there is no risk of disease unless skin is punctured......i am taking fiirst aid and some idiot decided to ask...

There is still Ten Percent, and ten percent can go a long way. Plus, you don't necessarily need a wound. A regular pore can absorb it. So it's still unhygienic.
