Searching a moment her eyes seemed to just scan him, trying to read what he was thinking, unable to because she just couldn't do it." A sister?..How am I this sister..I just figured you hated me as much as I hated being around angels. Which is alot." She mused softly letting it fade before letting her mind ask it's most pressing question before another came up. she didn't want to upset him too quickly with unwated questions."...Vincent, What are you thinking about?" She questioned him softly, cupping his hand in both of hers to stare at them, it was strange to have someone act as a sibling to her, and the fact that he touched her, in general was strange.

"I never hated you." Vincent answered, lacing his fingers with hers; frankly, the man was being more tender with her than he was with anyone but Ukaia; even Lily only got a gruff kind of affection. "You didn't mean to hurt my Uka... and what I'm thinking about..." He tilted his head, golden eyes narrowing as he paused. "That you are lost, and being very brave and stoic about it. That something is bothering you, perhaps even more than the pain. You can talk to me, you know."

"..Well I don't want to be treated like a monster or a weakling, it's hard to balence that.." She muttered softly, her thoughts passing over words emotions and many other things that bothered her latly, not wanting to explain it all but feeling the comfert made her do it anyways.
"..Somthing is bothing me. Alot is bothering me. Like, how will Ukaia be? and, will Kaden out live me." She looked down not wanting to die again knowing her chance was giving to make a new life."...I died once before not like this though so I actualy ended up living. I can't control emotion well either, and that is stressful, it's lonely being alone all the time...and I wish I could stand to be around people long enough to show that I care but showing I care isn't giving someone a hug, or telling them that I L-love them. It won't work out...it never really has." Eyes moving across his hand again, she liked it even though she didn't understand why, they where calm. Kind, maybe that was what she walk lacking but the way to act like such as forgien."I didn't have a very grand child hood. I didn't even have a childhood, I suppose that's because I had no parents either, to be loved by someone must be somthing else.."

And, rather suddenly, Vincent gathered her into a gentle, brotherly hug. "I love you, River. You're family; we both toe the line between humanity and something else." he smiled down at her, then kissed the top of her head. "You are the sister of my heart... I am very sorry to hear about your past... but you are loved now. By me, Kaden, Ukaia... you have people who care about you. Give us a chance... give yourself a chance. It's okay if you can't show love right away; it's a hard thing to do."

She stared, eyes wide with shock and utter confusion apparent. Her shoulders slumped a bit at him and she didn't move, for the most part atleast. She figured he huged her like this because he claimed he loved her, so she huged him back, weakly but she did. "..I..Don't know how." She said shortly after he finished talking just resting there not wanting to move from the warmth he had about him. So pure she felt like she was tainting him by touching him, which made her feel horrible. "..I am..l-loved now by..people..You..I..am giving you a change. Right now." River murmured to him blinking faintly amused at him, this was so odd she'd never seen him like this before, hardly ever had she seen this affection really."..Apparently so.." She finched then cringed as she scrunched up a bit at the painfuly strong surge through her body. It was warming her for a moment as it pulsated in her like hidden energy before dieing off slowly. After that she seemed to feel like she did before it happened, cold and sick.

Vincent grinned at her again, rubbing her back lightly. "It's okay that you don't know how. You'll learn, if you really want to. But that can't happen if you die, River. So either drink from me, or let me get the blood from my things. You need to keep your strength up."

"..No..no I just want to..try and.." she mumbled and drifted a moment before jerking back awake."..Sleep but I don't want to leave you alone.." She murmured before slipping back into a dazed state. Her arms limply falling onto the bed behind as she slumped forward more, eyes closed as pink and black hair fell into her face. Silently she sat there, almost like she was dead, her heart almost compleatly stoped beating as did her breathing it seemed.
Mearly being asleep herself musles compleatly relaxed.
[I've got to drive alot tomorrow, so I'm heading to bed alright? good night. ]

"Sleep well, River." Vincent whispered, kissing her forehead gently. Then he carefully lay her on the bed before standing and stretching, going over the events of the night as he exited her room and shut the door, heading downstairs.

On reaching the main room, Vincent let out a tired sigh, then made her way to the couch, sitting down to wait for Ukaia. He actually drifted off for a bit, waking only when a sudden, soft glow came from the direction of the fireplace. "Sweet?" he called, not entirely sure if he was actually awake.

Ukaia stepped though the fire place. She was still smiling. Her hair blowing gently in whatever wind that he'd created

"U-u-ukaia?" Vincent stammered, rubbing his eyes before looking at her again and standing. "You look... I mean... your hair... and your ears... what..." He swallowed hard, then smiled. "You look even more amazing then before, something I didn't think was possible..." he stepped toward her, moving slowly.

She smiled at him
'My magic has been released, It changed me. BUt i won't be home tonight Love." She said as she took half a step back. She had noidea what else he was seeing around her. She felt the wind keeping her longer hair in motion, but didn't see anything else.
"I have to train to learn how to controll my magic. Plus i'm a little hurt from the sudden rush of it returning where it belongs. It's nothing serious though. Just some aches. I should be fine by tomorrow" she said soflty then opened her eyes and looked at him smiling warmly. She was very much enjoying this
"Do you like.. what you see?" she asked him quietly

The soft light around her intensified slightly, and between that and her movement back, Vince got the hint. "I... you're beautiful." he whispered, sounding awestruck. "You always were... but that robe... and..." he smiled again, then blew her a kiss. "I understand. I'll see you tomorrow, right?"

In slight shock, Vincent returned back to his couch, then sank down on it. He lay back, then smiled and shut his eyes, thinking for a long time on her, and if that had been a premonition of some sort; eventually, he fell asleep.
