And you have been warned I think mum and Corella are planning on dragging me about dress shopping at some point if they have your way so might have to hang with dad or Hayate for a couple of hours" she groaned not liking the thought of it. "I'll make sure everyone gets their presents don't worry Zadina. Now for the rest of you have a great festival and see you in a few days" she waved carrying Cid and the bag to the door until Hayate took it from her.

"Oh I dunno, I may have stole a thing or twenty but I'll bet you did worse" Hayate teased back slinging the bag over his shoulder "Anyway see ya later, will get in touch if need be" he said bowing before opening the door for the couple. "You don't have to go dress shopping yet, just tell your mum you have plans and I'll have you know Elorin is keen to get to know his future son in law"

Satoshi laughed giving Gil's hand a squeeze "Come on Gil don't be like that, you can trust me to get you over without you needing to swim or have your head underwater. Your tall enough to probably get your toes on the bottom of the major bit of water leading in anyway" she assured him getting up and waving to the leaving group "You'll be attracting ladies all the time if you keep that nice behaviour up Zadina" she grinned.

Seph shrugged giving Itaka a nuzzle "So long as you don't get careless. All it takes is some by the book law enforcer to get too into things to cause bother even if most don't care or can be bribed. Though if it were me I would want people knowing who was boss rather than having a shadow leader though I'm not gonna join your guild and its probably for the best too since I'm too easy to identify" she snickered.

Hebal smiled watching Zadina run off "Night night Zadina and get yourself pleanty sleep and say bye bye to Gil and Satoshi" she shouted across the room for him at the top of her voice. "Hehehe poor little Zadina is just too bashful for talk of impressing ladies. He'll get better with age" she laughed quietly.

Alpha chuckled "Yeah probably but should probably leave him be for now or he might be put off being that extra nice in future" he suggested letting out a small sigh. "Maybe I'll get him up to fly the ship a little later on if he's up for it and in Gil's defence water is pretty horrible stuff" he added to Satoshi.

Oassu smiled "I think I'd be fine in there don't you worry, I might stick out like a sore thumb in an elven city but I'm talented enough to protect myself from pickpockets and just experience a bit of city life on my own" he said

Gil shrugged "Well that should be fine then, won't be much different from our time in Tricasia then if the weather is nice and the water is warm, shouldn't have any trouble getting around and things though wouldn't it be inconvenient if you couldn't go anywhere without having to swim there?" he asked watching as Zadina ran back to give them a hug "Goodnight Sir Gil and Miss Satoshi please have fun during the festival" he said before dashing off to his room again.

Itaka smiled "Please it costs the cities so many resources that they can't be bothered crushing one thieves guild and even then by being so far linked to the guild I'm safe if someone does go the whole hog to investigate which you wouldn't get if you wanted everyone to know who the boss was" he said kissing Seph's horns before drinking his beer.

Hayate nodded his head understandingly "Sure I get it though a general rule in Yithra slum area is that if someone starts to give you bother then you stand your ground or give them a reason not to steal from you like a bruise or two" he whispered to Oassu, not wanting Felina to hear. "While you guys are doing that I'll be off to the pub probably. That is if not having to look after a chicobo yet" he decided.

Felina smiled back pulling her coat tighter with Cid inside "You'll stand out a lot less than many of Yithra's visitors like the bangaa and gria though I've gotta write down one or two shops for you to check out which I think are awesome... I just hope the place is still standing from after the battle with Agralia. I could get you kitted out with some lovely fancy clothes fit for a prince" she offered.

Satoshi grinned returning Zadina's hug then sat back down trying her hardest not to laugh at Hebal curled up in her seat "Yeah well the water makes getting there requiring effort meaning not just anybody comes in and is almost always detected. But theres not going to be any sand like Tricasia, just lots of trees and grass and bright coloured flowers" she explained.

Seph quietly laughed noticing Itaka's reaction" well they say everyone loves a tryer" she whispered before she kissed his ear "And that I think is completely unfair and I'm surprised hasn't already caused a few complaints. Elves still have a concept of time even if they hang around longer. But for all they know it could just be little violet who is running the shots meaning a shorter sentence if I were to be careful" she smirked.

Hebal shook her head with a small yawn "Nah uh I'm ok, just hanging around and enjoying the comfort of the new couch. Could stop and bounce right back up at anytime. But no thank Alpha, I could just change my clothes and shake my fur dry to save the time and effort needed with a towel or a small fire"

Alpha grunted "Well its your loss but I could help with drying the clothes off like a dryer if things like that were to happen in future. Though is your village really just a small series of islands in a big lake or something?" he asked with a shudder at the thought of having to so much as place his foot into water.

Oassu shrugged "I doubt anyone will even know me, I might even go in disguise just to avoid hassle incase someone does know me but yeah the builders will be profiting like this hope they aren't being extortionists about the reparations" he said watching another airship take off as they returned to the slightly less crowded lobby of the aerodrome.

Gil chuckled "Alright sorry you just tend to give the impression that there's a lot of water and swimming required in the everyday business of the village" he said stretching. "Still how long until we need to get going Satoshi?" he asked.

Itaka shrugged "A life sentence should be the same for all races right? The sentences have to mean something they have to ruin someone's life like they may have ruined others, having a gaping chunk taken out of it would work and your Violet disguise wouldn't work, I hear prisons take blood samples of prisoners for identification nowadays they'd be able to tell if you were a demon from that" he chuckled "It's cute of you to think of ways out though" he said

Hayate laughed "They can try but Elorin wouldn't be too happy if he found out they were doing dodgy deals. He's hired them and the military to do most of the rebuilding work. And I doubt you will be recognised by anyone in Yithra as your wedding has been mentioned in the paper but there was never any picture to go alongside the artical luckily for you"

Felina gasped "I didn't even know they had a story going about the wedding already unless you just mean one saying we're engaged. Bet dad told everyone to keep people in high spirits. Never mind and if you cover your ears with a hat or something, maybe the elves won't even realise your human" she suggested.

Satoshi paused glancing over at Hebal with a small snicker "She looks cute when she sleeps" she remarked sliding a cushion underneith the viera's head. The place you visited them was either a really poor place, not really big enough to call a town or newly built for you to be having to buy yourself a rower to get across. Though I'm sure you can understand why the people of my village are such good swimmers" she laughed.
