Yeah that's what I meant. Of course you could always take it by force, but you know that would have repercussions in the future. Because karma can't wait to kick you in the a**. 3nodding

That would also make sence. But mount whatchamacall it is far, I'll have to wait for the festival to be over. Then again I could always be late to the festival. But that seems like the best choice for obtaining the little guy. The thing that makes me sad is that when he evolves, he won't know some of the core moves that his evolved forms learn before level 20. Unless I'm alowed to obtain those moves that are impossible to obtain now because they were around before Tyrogue came to be.
But I've used pain and could never get anything that good. The level between you and I is quite vast. I bow to you master! *bows*

Thanks Mike. Crenu. I've had lots of practice with sprites by now.
You could always scrounge up some tiny/big mushrooms by beating down som Paras/sect and go to the move re-learner guy on whichever island he was on to get those under level 20 moves.

I suppose. but...well...paras/sects scare me. Wityh their big blank eyes and mushrooms on their backs...ewww. Besides, don't I have to capture them to get their items?

Nope just use Thief (which comes in the TM variety) or Covet. Or you could probably just wrestle with one and manage to get a few 'shrooms and I wouldn'tbe super angry that you got them. I mean a pokemon can't hold it's item all the time during an intense battle.

I don't have an issue with you beating the guy and him granting you a Tyrogue as a gift. What would you plan on evolving it into?

Hitmonlee, no questions about it. He's my favorite fighter mrgreen Though I suppose I will have to get those mushrooms because I can't go without rolling kick, and brick break has a TM but I'd rather not use a limited TM slot on a move that he learns on his own.

As long as it's not a cheap-a** battle I don't have a problem with the Karate Master guy giving Crenu a Tyrogue. But just so you know you'll have to actually spend money on vitamins to evolve him... two of the type that raise the needed stat (and one of each if you're going for Hitmontop). I actually discussed this with my hubby a while ago and it was his idea to use vitamins for Tyrogue and it's evo's.
But then again you could just get like a level 10 Hitmonwhatever. I wouldn't mind that way either, you know. 3nodding

I can't say that I dislike a single Hitmon evo. 'lee used to be my favorite, but 'top is now. The little guy is just too weird to not love.

A tempting offer, I'll take that into consideration. I do like the prospect of working hard twords evolution with a pokemon, but mushroom hunting and paras/sect (eww) beating does seem like extra work that I would like to avoid. Either way, Crenu'll be on his way to Mt. Mortar tonight if Ky doesn't post. I suppose he'll meet up weith Ky and M.A. at the beach party.

'Top is cool, and his Technician ability is very nice, but 'Lee's got stretchy legs. He's like Stretch Armstrong, only with his legs. He's Stretch Legstrong O.o

If you recall, you could stretch his legs too.
Also, Lee has stretchy arms as well.

Oh my gosh, Ampersand is evil! He's working for Team Rocket and he's going to steal all our pokemon! (/jumping to conclusions)
Edit: Oh man! I just remembered that my friend let me borrow the World Ends with You! I have to go play that now. I'll see you guys later though!

Really? I thought you could only stretch his legs, but I never actually owned one. I never really owned any of the popular toys, I only saw them on the picture box. Never got to play mouse trap either. Got to play with mouse traps, but not mouse trap. *sigh*
