Once again, Akai was being underestimated and that was not the kind of thing that was good for his opponent at all. With a single hand sign, as he leapt into the air, Akai vanished in a spiral of a mixture of both snow, water and fire. Thus being the Body Flicker Skill which allowed him to dodge this attack, though he was far from done. Standing a few feet away, surely far enough away from the attacks that had been launched at him in unison. Once again rolling his eyes, as he makes a few hand seals with both hands, his Zanbato having been left on a wall, a small distance from the fighting itself. Once these hand signs were completed, it began to rain, mixing with the snow from the air that had to continiusly fall. Although, since this was rain, it caused for the snow clouds that were over the sky, to mix with the black rain clouds effectively causing the sun to be almost completely gone from the sky. This was the Winter Rain Technique, which will allow Akai to freeze his opponent, or opponents each time he manages to touch even a single water droplet on his opponent, adding a severe amount of weight with each drop he could touch. Now with the sun being gone, and the effect of the technique known as Extreme Cold preventing normal flame and heat based attacks from melting the ice and snow. Akai would find this a much easier battle, though it already seemed easy. "I would hate to break it to you, girl. But this is how the world shall remain. And if you could so kindly take your leave, dragging this heat loving youth along with you, of course. It would be kindly appreciated.." He says, with a sly little grin on his pale features. Everything seemed to be working out nicely for him now.

As the crows surrounded Yukimura he would instantly resort to his defenses. The icy air particle would change begin to form a sphere around Yukimura. The sphere wouldn't be compsed of ice, but a neary inpenatrable blue crystal. This ball of protection was about four foot thick and was resistant to the elements. "Who are these men. And what do they speak of. I had no part in the destruction of the leaf village. And just what are they, none of my attacks seem to do anything more than just phase them." Yuki thought as he performed a set of hand seals while inside his crystal barrier. "Earth Release: Underground Submarine Voyage!" But it would take slightly more chakra because Yukimura was going to take his barrier underneath along with him. Both the crystal ball and Yukimura would sink into the ground and begin to travel upside the Hidden Leaf's giant cliff side and back up towards the Hokage monument which was covered in snow. Now a good distance away from his foes below, Yukimura would exit the ball. Then he reached both his arms out to the fury of snow which falled above the village. Within a short moment a giant crystal orb the size of a three story building would form and then Yukimura would use his signature combination. "Exploding Obect!" Yuki would say as the orb would begin to emit a red aura from it as it dropped down below. As the ball would reach just above the flock of crows, it would erupt into a giant explosion. Though, the thin air held some of it back, it still managed to erupt in a mass that was bound to destroy this small section of the Leaf Village; which would cause the cliff to go into a rockslide that would collapse upon the village below. As the rocks would slide, Yuki decided to surf the snow covered rocks down."Why attack me of all people? If anything I would be willing to help you conquer with the powers of the icy cold!" Yukimura yelled, at the men if they could hear him through all that was happening, in an attempt to come to a point of compromise with the men.

Kanshin's eyes began to glow bright red as her anger flaired a little, her giving a scowl that was definately out of character. She pushed some of her bangs out of her face so that she could see a little, the water steaming a little as it hit her, mostly on the places where she had on her tattoos. "So, you're the reason for this freak weather? Hmph. Well aren't you a selfish butt head. Don't you know how much life you're killing right now? If you want to be some where cold, then go to the Land of Snow, not the Land of Fire. I think Immolatus Sensei made clear that your ice storm is unwanted here, so go back to what ever frozen tandra you come from baka." She reached into her kunia pouch and pulled out several kunia that had small pouches on them. She gripped them tightly and help them out in a swift motion. "I may not live here, but, even so, I know it's wrong what you're doing. If you're trying to destroy this village by burrying it in snow, then I'm sure this village's ANBU will be on you like flies to a carcass. Now, leave before I have to fight you. I don't wish to, but when some one threatens some one else for their own selfish reason I have to act on my ninja way. I protect those who need to be protected, so make your choice now and we'll know if this pointless fight needs to continue."

He could feel the sunlight's warmth no longer touching his skin, the bitter chill of ice forming back upon the battlefield which had become Hidden Leaf... Despite his own efforts to superheat the area and remove the ice, it wasn't enough, the snow had melted and become water, which was only refreezing to ice with the Extreme Cold technique active. 'Damn, even if I heat up this place it won't do any good so long as the sun is blocked out... I need to force this guy to halt the jutsu in order to fight him proper... Meaning I need to be able to stop this weather... Pity those clouds are of water and not oil; it'd be an easy job... Bah, nothing is ever simple I suppose... At least my Kaon Zouka and Hellfire Lotus heated up this area enough to keep the others warm... I just need to quench this a*****e down with a killer attack.... Alright Immolatus, think here... what can you use to completelly annihilate this guy...' Immolatus glanced at the massive field of ice that had begun to accumulate over the entire village... Immolatus's lips lit into a grin... He would make the entire battlefield his weapon, though it would involve devouring quite a bit of energy. But if it eliminated this threat so that he could take out the Agents, it was worth the maneuver... Touching his bare hand against the icy landscape, Immolatus focused his energy to initiate Douka no Jutsu, the 'Assimilate All Creation Technique'. Becoming one with the Ice, Immolatus appeared to vanish before rising from the icy landscape, a humanoid made from ice. As the conditions of Akai's Extreme Cold would prevent ice from melting, even from flame and heat based attacks, he was now extremely powerful in comparison to the Kaguya. The entire landscape of ice began to rise up in formation, under Immolatus's command with the power of Douka Yahumuki, which allowed him to command all substance from which his body was made of, in this case, Ice. Commanding the mass of ice derived from the icy landscape to rise around Akai and crush in upon him, Immolatus was now a deadly natural disaster, an icy avalanche targeting the Kaguya. Meanwhile, from the air, Shemhazai's eyes had gazed upon Akai's lifeforce, taking aim to devour a portion of it to consume the Kaguya's energy reserves and to act as a distraction. With his energy flow weakening the Kaguya would be less adept at countering Immolatus's attack.

Stopping in her advances Ayami would then follow behind Hido . " I know it's are duty . " Ayami stated as she leaped from building to building her Kasaimune bouncing at her waist with every step that she took . " I've took some solider pills so i have a decent amount of chakra but i can't over do it Hido . I'll act as support and back you up anyway i can . She said as she would increase her burst of speed as she soon would be side by side with Hido . She would continue to gaze forward as her black eyes would quickly change into a deep blood shade of red . Her sharringan had awakened and started to speed . Though she had a new vest a long shelve shirt and heavy shinobi pants Ayami would feel the frigged winds of winter pick at her skin .

Chiyo smiled as she took his arm and started dragging him into the Hyuuga home. “Hello? I’m back from the market. I’m sorry it took so long.” She walked in to the kitchen, placing the bags on the counter. She heard someone through the door on the other end of the kitchen. She followed the noise, opening the door and seeing some of the other Hyuugas still working to remove rubble from the house. “I brought a friend. I hope you’re okay with that. He can help out with the cleaning, right Ryu?” She looked over to him, smiling. “I can help cook while you remove rubble!”

Foolish... Lowering your guard... Akai thinks to himself, as he suddenly appears before Immolatus, having appeared to have left the fight, it was not to be expected, that he would suddenly appear directly before his opponent in such a brash nature. Though this was done with the help of a simple body flicker technique. Even with the appearance, he comes out of nowhere with incredible speed and swiftness not making a sound as he impales his opponent between the ribs with all ten fingers deeply hitting their lungs to make it so they can't breathe clogging the diaphrame as they slowly begin to lose control of bringing in air and soon die. This was the sudden, and absolute power of the Miyagi Murderer Taijutsu technique. Since he had successfully hidden himself, and then used the body flicker skill to appear directly before his opponent while attacking in such a swift fashion, it was practically begging this quiet assassination technique in order to finish his former opponent in less then a few seconds for the hit, and only a few seconds more for his opponent to keel over and die.

Kanshin saw that Immolatus was trying to get rid of the ice, so she pulled out a scroll and placed it on the ground. She did a few hand signs before slamming her hand to the ground and the ice started to retreat into the scroll. While that happened, she kept some of her chakara going into the scroll as she jumped a little away from the first scroll and did the same thing, using her IceSeal to help capture some of the ice and seal it away. She looked over to Immolatus. She sighed in annoyance, seeing the ice using guy back to fighting her sensei. She smiled, though her anger showed through her eyes as she ran closer to the battle, planning to be a distraction in any way she could so that, just incase that last attack didn't connect, Immolatus would have more of a chance of getting a direct ttack in. "Hey! Ice freak! I bet yu couldn't even beat me if you tried! And that's even with me probably still being the rank of an academy student! Why don't you just go home and cry to who ever cares about you about how much you suck as a shinobi!" It was definately an immature way to act, but it was a part of her plan. She planned to use a new jutsu that some weird guy she met in an alley in this village had taught her when she was lost had used to cheer her up. Hopefully it'd be even more of a distraction to the ice user rather than her sensei since it was a specail jutsu that you had to see for it to cause any effect.
