since my ipod is now a paperweight, I am stealing eldest brothers old mini. It works! It plays music, really, do I need anything else?
Edit: although, it apparently holds no charge. BOO.

Wrath of Ezekiel Best example of strict liabilty in tort law: Someone having a herd of tigers escape from their backyard and eat the children in the daycare next door. rofl I thought the best example was of someone leaving a massive bottle on their front lawn, when their friend got stuck in it, stepped in the toxic waste inside and turned into a snail. At least I think I'm remembering that right, I zoned out a bit during tort law. ninja

That would be negligence. *I has midterm tomorrows* >_______>

I have my "midterm" on Tuesday. I put it in quotes because it's basically a joke--28 multiple-choice questions on the few topics we've covered so far.
I totally understand the need for us to be familiar with how the law affects us and our schools as Higher Ed professionals, but I am not pleased with how the class is being run.

I finished BSG a couple days ago! Ended up liking it a lot more than I thought I would, and somehow managed not to know the whole polytheist thing before I started watching it. There's been some awesome discussion coming out of this heart
Also, my friend just finished knitting my Doctor Who scarf!!!! 14 feet baby! I'm going to be an awesome Doctor 4 for Halloween ^_^

Blah, I can't think of Halloween costumes for me and my sister to do. If it helps, we apparently look alike, so we could to twins of something, but everything I think of would work is we were like, ten years old. I've got the ability to make stuff, even weird stuff.
Fandom costumes are so much easier than general public costumes.

Salt & Pepper shakers--that's what my girlfriend and I are doing this year. It's super easy, one of you dress in all black, the other in all white. Then make hats out of aluminum foil. We found instructions and all online.
