Thanks konami but that wasn't what i was stuck on sweatdrop when you go to sign up it asks for a URL and i don't have my own website so i wasn't and still am not sure what to put in there sweatdrop

All you do is go to a free image hosting site. I like to use ImageShack. Upload your art, then copy the direct link it gives to your random images box at cutandpastescripts.

Yes, but better, in my opinion. It doesn't reduce images the way Photobucket does, and it doesn't go down. And you don't have to sign up!

Why not? They just want to know where you'll be using the script. I don't think there's anything illegal about it.
