Even among custom skills, things not gratuitously overpowered tend to get easier approvals. ^^ We like balance of some sort... so the real fun is creating interesting combinations of powers. For example, someone with both a bunch of HP-raising skills and a bunch of HP-regenerating skills can be difficult to beat normally... though with all those slots taken, they aren't going to have too much in the way of offense or other useful powers. o.O There's always some balance...
