Government operatives rushed to the scene and started helping the police. The commander of the unit walked over to Author and showed him his badge. "Excuse me sir, are you the man in charge?"

"We were tracking a dangerous bio-weapon. I've never seen her, so I couldn't give a description other then she's a woman. Anyway, we saw the explosion, and we thought it best to lend you a hand. As of now, our target has disappeared and we have no further orders. It's highly possible that our target may have caused this." The man explained sincerely.
