The One And Only Pentavus Pork has to be either from my uncle's farm or on a really big sale for me to eat it. My family never misses a hunting season pretty much with the group they are in. Deer and moose hunting <3 delicious wild meat~! Yeah, a lot of people I work with are into that and a few people in my family, but I'm not the out doors type of people. I enjoy inside. Also, hey I take insulin too!

The One And Only Pentavus Norran Dupree yeah me too i dont like the always changing work shedule my hours used to never be the same from day to day. some days it would be 10 to 7. then 1 to 10 then next day would be 10 to 7. at least now its always 12 to 9 I love being a steady 930pm to 8am. Changing schedules all the time would screw up with my insulin schedule : yeah

Deadly_Tiger Yeah, a lot of people I work with are into that and a few people in my family, but I'm not the out doors type of people. I enjoy inside. Also, hey I take insulin too! I'm not an outdoorsy kind of person either, but I enjoy the spoils of a good hunt :3 I got 2 kind of insulin going on, lanctus solo star and novorapid, yet I'm a type 2 diabetic... My pancreas got wrecked when I went into a coma a few years back, my potassium levels were critically low x_x I should start working out and making sure my sugars are in good levels but lack motivation to do so...

The One And Only Pentavus I'm not an outdoorsy kind of person either, but I enjoy the spoils of a good hunt :3 I got 2 kind of insulin going on, lanctus solo star and novorapid, yet I'm a type 2 diabetic... My pancreas got wrecked when I went into a coma a few years back, my potassium levels were critically low x_x I should start working out and making sure my sugars are in good levels but lack motivation to do so... Well, you are just cheating then. I'm type 1. Lantus and Humalog. Less dramatic than you, my white blood cells just decided my pancreas would be a good thing to eat.I totally understand the working out thing though. Also I really hate testing my blood sugar. And the constant doctors appointments.

The One And Only Pentavus Are you still at the paper mill or? it was a Lumber mill and no i worked there from 2001 to 2005. i am currently working at a grocery store.

Less dramatic than you, my white blood cells just decided my pancreas would be a good thing to eat.I totally understand the working out thing though. Also I really hate testing my blood sugar. And the constant doctors appointments. I only have appointments every 3 months for blood work and it's been steady, 6.3 average on the blood work. Sorry, I said paper mill out of reflex with the word mill since my dad works in a paper one.

I have to see the specialist every 6 months or so, on the other side of the city, so it's like half hour drive. Also my family doctor is constantly harassing me about it, and its like....no offence but I'm going to go with the specialist word on this. Really I just want to only see you if I'm sick. Seriously he had their dietitian call me and make an appointment and it's like....I've been diabetic for 10 years. I know how to read food labels thanks.

The One And Only Pentavus My family doctor told me to stop going to the one the diabetic clinic here. I think they hate one another, but I was of the same opinion. I've been trying to get my weight under control for a while now, and I'm losing some slowly but every time I met him, he just ripped into me like my efforts were worthless and it was getting me down v_v I have the same problem, but in reverse, cause it's my family doctor. Unfortunately a little harder to avoid, since I don't think the specialist wants to give me antibiotics for strep throat or what have you.

During the recovery week, I told him I had no doctor locally and told him my doctor was in my home town. He knew my old doctor and got all my files transferred and took me in smile I'm sure he'd disagree with my past days off though, I'm hungover as hell right meow x_x been binge drinking... So what happened that you ended up in a coma and wreaked you pancreas? Hahaha, I'm sure he would! I actually don't really like drinking. I dunno if it's the diabetes, but I just really don't enjoy it at all.

The One And Only Pentavus Critical low potassium levels wrecked my insides which cascaded into those issues. I only drink when I'm down and lonely ^^;; not been feeling the greatest recently. Eat more banana's? (I hear they have lots of potassium.) Drinking alone is the worst dude! I'm going to have a mental break down soon though I swear. I think I've had like one weekend were I haven't had to so anything since the New Year. This weekend I have to go into work, as we are moving offices and I need to set up my new workstation, wait for our new mattress and box spring to get delivered and haul it up to the spare bedroom. Then Nick wants us to hang out with his friend, which is not terrible but I just really really really need some down time. And then next weekend my little sister is coming, staying from the 11th to the 20th, so I have to figure out what the hell I'm going to do with a thirteen year old for that many days. Not to sound mean, but I dunno....we are total opposites and I really just don't enjoy spending time with her. Also my Mom might be coming, since she hasn't told my little sister that she's moved to Ontario, with my five year old brother in tow and casually mentioned she wants my little brother to stay here as well, so she can spend time with her boyfriend....her husband HAS to know she has a boyfriend at this point right? Anyway my Mother is the sort of person I would really just rather not have in my life at all and my brother still poops himself cause my mother isn't a mother and I really don't want to deal with that. Last time my couch smelled like s**t for a month despite every kind of spray and cleaner. And then Easter Weekend we are supposed to spend at Nicks parents place and all they do is sit around and watch movies, so that's a waste of a long weekend. I'm gonna stab someone soon. X_X
