When he overheard Kieran telling Abel that he would take him home, he had wondered how serious he was. He could tell that he was tired and would understand if he wanted to call it a short night. He didn't see a need to push Kieran right now. He figured if he gave him enough time he might come to him first. Until then he didn't want to let on how much he knew.
