I think I know, I mean I "Yes" but it's all wrong...
Mephlius stood up, in no rush, due to the pause in the fight. He nodded. "But I wasn't worried for his sake... I was worried for yours. You're a tough fighter, Am. And under the full moon..." He held his face in one hand, shaking it no, in disbelief. "Hell... I don't even know if I could stop you..." He looked up. "... at least... not without k-..." He couldn't finish the word. He smiled. "That's why I was worried."

Amnity nodded, remembering the night in the full moon. She chuckled a bit, also remembering the precautions she took to keep herself from killing people that night. "...Yeah...I was worried about myself too for a while..." She was still in her fighting stance, but dropped her guard for a moment to speak. "....But then I considered how....Disappointed you'd feel when you figured out that I killed someone...That was enough to stop me..." She realized that they technically still sparring, so she focused back on the fight. "...Ready?"

"Alright." Keep it simple.....Amnity paused for a minute, then rushed at him. She covered the distance between them in a fraction of a second, then threw a roundhouse kick to his torso.

Mephlius reached over, snatching her foot out of mid-air. He twisted his hands, hopefully sending her twirling.

And Amnity did spin, but there was something odd about how she moved. It was like they choreographed it, every move, every step. Amnity brought her hands back close to her then rotated quickly, as if she anticipated it. She wouldn't be this acrobatic if she were still human. But as she neared the ground, she turned, slamming both of her hands palms down on the mat before her body even touched the ground. With her free leg, she swiped down at Mephlius' feet with a significant amount of force, and if he were to evade it then she'd kick at him again, this time in the chest.

Mephlius jumped over the leg sweep, but took the chest hit full on. He flew backwards a few feet, hit the ground, and skipped to a stop. He took a stance, waiting to see who would attack first.

Amnity got up, but not as quickly as before. She dusted herself off for a second, then took up a fighting stance again. There was a long pause, then she rushed at him, almost a blur as she jumped and preformed a spin kick to his head.

Mephlius rolled under the spin kick, and as soon as Amnity landed, he tried to sweep her feet from under her.

Amnity fell back when he swept at her feet, but she didn't land flat on her back when she hit the ground. Her hands hit the mat first, then she turned and tried to kick his head with a roundhouse. But of course, before her foot was an inch away from his head, she stopped the kick. There was a pause, then she brought it back and shot a kick to his shoulder instead.

Mephlius stood up, dodging the kick by a long shot. "Holding back, Amnity?" He said with a smirk. After a pause, he leaps backwards, does a backwards handspring, and stumbles when he lands. At first, it may have looked like he was just getting sloppy. But she would recognize the stance soon. Drunken Fist. Mephlius stumbled around a bit, slowly moving towards her.

Amnity got up as well, saying nothing. She was doing more then holding back. It felt strange, fighting Mephlius now that she was a lycan. Now she was reluctant more then ever. Seeing him as a target....Visualizing different ways to kill him. Amnity winced, unable to say anything more. She didn't take up a stance, she just stood there.

((I won't be on much. I'm here in a hotel in Indianapolis, here for a funeral.))
Mephlius was pretty sure she was lying, but he didn't have enough information to back that up. Instead, he just shrugged. His reply would be a lie if she was lying, and the truth if she wasn't. "No reason, really." He closed his eyes, and fell back into the familiar stance. He then charged directly at her. A few feet out of range, he stumbled, and collapsed to the ground. But it was a feint. He continued the forward momentum, and rolled up onto his chin, neck, collar bones, and shoulders. His extra-flexible back continued to bend until his foot was travelling towards her mid-section. He kept his hands on the ground to help him keep his balance during this very, very strange kick.
