The shelf was almost within her reach. She waved her hand wildly in front of her but it was not close enough. Of the three glowing orbs, she lacked one. And now she had it. She left the gift shop in a hurry, before the floor could fall apart beneath her toes.

Rae had never been on a roller coaster before... At least not that she could remember. It seemed like something that would be fun, and so she decided that she would try it...
Well, it looked like it might be fun until she was giving it a closer look, and then uncertainty gripped her. She got in anyways, however, and soon found herself regretting it as she went flying out of the cart.

When she had made it halfway she dared to look back. The shadows seemed as though they were creeping closer and it was a little bit harder to see which parts of the floor were safe, and which weren't.
