The dragon took a step forward, wrapped his arms around Efflo's waist, and flung the boil all the way over his shoulder. He turned around, and saluted the dance floor in general.

"Goodbye, prom." He called out, before carrying his boilfriend out like a potato sack.

Any emotion remaining on her face when he went to move a grey hand to hold it steady and in front of him, was very evident, a soft pink to replace the porcelain white that remained. But, she was beyond the youthful teasing of sidelong glances, and, softly, she allowed herself to be lifted a little to her tip toes to enjoy the kiss shared between the two of them.

when he leaned back, she was echoing the little smile, rather unaware of those around her - or attempting to will them away. "I love you too, Mengyao." She replied, giving him a curt little nod, but her smile still showing softly on her face. At his welcome, she couldn't help but openly laugh again, amused by his delayed response in it all.

"It seems that you have found a little amusement in all this, ultimately, haven't you?" She teased him lightly, trying to dispel her giddy youthfulness with a but of humour on his behalf, lightly leaning in to him as they continued their little dance after the small, but very profound display of affection on the dance floor.

Relief showed for but a moment before Nergui was doing her chin so she could lay her cheek against the warmth of his chest again. Her small arms tightening around him as she smoothed her hands up his back, along either side of his spine. "I'm glad." It made the memory of the night that much sweeter to know he'd enjoyed himself, and that having her company had made ask the difference.

She stayed like that, swing slowly with her head resting in his chest, for maybe a minute, simply enjoying the song and the feel of his arms around her. Then she looked up again, and whatever softness might have shown moments before was gone, replaced by that impish light he would have come to recognize as the mare thinking wicked thoughts. "I have an idea." Her voice was lower. "Let's you and I grab ourselves a plate full of those delicious tarts, and make our leave."

Yes, she was enjoying herself immensely, but the song was nearly over, and what was another half a minutes worth of swaying? The priests grinned, grabbing Soren's hand, and brutally pulledd him towards the table with the food.

Sophie let her arms and hands take position as Bastion - in her opinion - moved expertly through the crowd as if they were made of paper and the wind itself was carrying them around. Her own cheeks flushed when she realised what it was he was trying to say and she leaned up and kissed his cheek. "Like that?" Then she kissed his other cheek. "Or that?" She paused before pecking his lips again softly. "That?"

She paused and smiled. "I don't kiss you with due cause except that I want to," her blushed deepened and she looked down, focusing on her feet.

And then he had to lean in close didn't he. "I'll b-be f-fine," damn you reflex! At least she didn't know of his intentions and mindset at the moment, she might have been a little appalled (though, really.. he was a boil). And that's all she said, unsure of what to say about it without sounding stupid (because she'd figure out a way).

So, she simply continued to dance, trying to become less flustered. Kind of wasn't really.

"I'm... it's not bad?" he asked, genuine surprise distracting him from her wiggling at first. When he finally did notice what she was doing, he looked away for a moment, the faintest flush darkening his cheeks before he mimicked the movement. There. Not awkward at all.

"Well, I wouldn't be doing it on purpose, of course. Anything to prevent... clobbering." Bren was definitely not a fighter. He moved a little closer, pleased when his actions didn't result in grievous injury. "What else would you like to try? Spinning, dipping?" It didn't seem like the song for either of those things, but even the studious boil knew this was probably far from his partner's definition of fun.

Nothing awkward at all if you're wiggling with a friend! Piper made a dramatic (if rather pleased) gasp, however, at his offer to do a little extra. Excellent, her hips were opening the way to great things for this boil. "Hmmm." She contemplated the light blush on Brenley's face before taking his hand and lifting it.
