Nie Chan Because according to them he can speak "well enough". But the longer his sentences get the harder he is to understand and he needs speech therapy to help with that. He sustained an injury to his mouth as a baby, lil climbing monkey that he is, and it has hindered his speech. He received some speech therapy but as soon as he has any progress they pulled it. sad I think to mentioned that to me before, school's have no funding these days >.< my mom had to kick and scream a fit to get my brothers the help they needed, sadly they both still dropped out of school gonk

It's not always easy. And this district is exceptionally poor. We had bad handling of funds.. and now there just is not enough to go around to meet the needs of the children.
