[Kellan Feredir]
{...} [Traverse Town: Gummi Garage] The bounty hunter was on guard from the first attack, eight knives suddenly in his hands(four in each hand). Each knife was different, like he collected them. Which was true, he did collect them. As in take whatever ones he found lying around. With the second attack, he looked to where it came from, and spotted someone darting into the open. And that was his target. Spinning, Kellan released four knives, reached that hand into his jacket, released the other four knives, then finished the five hundred forty degree by tossing a meat cleaver he had nicked from the kitchen of the hotel. It was a good cleaver. Of course, unless one of his knives followed through the rift, he doubted he actually hit the person attacking them. Damn... And with that, his hair and eyes shifted into the deep red of aggravation and irritation.

[Traverse Town: Gummi Hangar --> First District~Courtyard]
Even though it didn't seem as if anyone had truly noticed that he had seemingly popped back into existence behind their large group, Jiraal rifted out to the courtyard for safe measure. "Well that was just wonderful...probably should have thought that through a little bit more..." Jiraal figured he had only succeeded in being a minor nuisance to that group more than anything else, it was peculiar that only one of them attempted to attack him, albeit in futility, the very nature of anti-gravity rifting made it almost impossible to follow one into the rift without having immediate contact with the user.
Maybe he had found himself in a place where people that share his nature were few and far between but what ever the case this place warranted further study. "First things firsts...wonder if the rest of this city is protected by magic..." Jiraal decided it was best to forgo his usual subtleties once again and do things in a little more linear fashion, he extended both of his hands as Void Spheres appeared in each hand before he launched them at two separate buildings. Of course if anyone asked him why he was partaking in senseless destruction he would tell them it was for science!

~Rasxa~
Life is an Illusion, Therefore, We all Believe the Same Lie ~ Traverse Town--> First District-->Cafe~ Rasxa's eyes flickered between the two new arrivals. One of them wore an ornately pink outfit and the other had strange eyes which stuck out in Rasxa's mind like an interesting concept or a sore thumb. Window tripped over himself to greet the one in pink, calling her Aerith. Aerith? Haven't heard that name before? No it must only be a coincidence, I don't think we've had the pleasure of meeting before, even on Radient Garden's streets. He mused, staring with intent eyes at the other, more interesting girl, that had two different eyes. She seemed to know Window, for she called his name in earnest when their eyes met. Window also seemed to know her, for he called her Youni. Aerith had questioned Window and he promptly replied, "Plans? From what I understand, Merlin will direct us to a 'Gummi ship', though I know not what one looks like or how to sail it. After that... I have little idea of where to begin. The Universe is so vast and large that I fear this may be a fruitless endeavor. the only solution that comes to mind is landing on a planet and questioning its inhabitants as to their records of surrounding worlds and consulting their star charts. I may have not been an Astronomer, but I still retain adequate knowledge of my world's position in the sky." After Window had finished, Rasxa spoke up. "To my understanding, this task of yours may be harder or easier than you think. I know a little about traveling among the worlds, because I have done as such, but might need to find certain people who actually know that their are other worlds out there, for most of them don't know about each other." He said, tilting his head to the side in seeming curiosity, looking straight at Window. Happy with his little piece of knowledge imparted, Rasxa went back to studying Youni with interest. Strange... so strange... I wonder... is she really human as she appears? I certainly aren't human and I appear as such. She has such strange traits. He thought, fascinated with her eyes and her hair.

[ First District : Cafe ]"Thanks, but I don't plan to stay very long," Aerith said in response to his offer to sit, then waiting for him to continue. As he spoke about the Gummi ship Merlin had procured, Aerith couldn't help but smile- ah, this young boy really was new if he had no idea what those were. Merlin likely went off, thinking the kids knew what to look for.
When Rasxa spoke up, Aerith nodded. "Yes, you must try to keep balance in the worlds. Only reveal you're an outsider to other outsiders, and no one else-"
At that moment, Jiraal launched his attacks on the First District buildings- Cid's Accessory shop, and the three Duckling's Item shop. The Accessory shop, as it turns out, was protected by magic, but the Item shop wasn't so lucky- a small chunk of the side was blasted off.
Aerith turned to look out at the courtyard, frowning. What was this man doing? Did he not realize there were two strong warriors (and a strange one) directly in front of him (Core, Kuroda, and Xelizar)?

[First District : Just Above the Courtyard]"Well, I never!"
Merlin stood overlooking the Courtyard from the pathway in front of the Accessory shop. He looked quite infuriated, which was strange from the jovial old wizard. He waved his wand just once- the Item Shop was repaired in a wave of blue magic. At that point, he glared down at Jiraal, his wand up and gripped tight by his old bony fingers.
"What's the meaning of this, you scoundrel? I just repaired this District yesterday! Can't we get a spot of peace?!"

[First District : Gummi Ship Hangar]Cid glared around at the group as they defended another blast. Cid traced the sphere back to its source... and saw nothing. Frowning, he pressed a few buttons on the desk- the hangar was immediately lit by bright lights, revealing that the place was constructed by shining metals of multiple colors. There was a large circle in the center of the hangar, closed off by heavy metal sliding doors. The ceiling had a similar hole that was closed off; along one side of the building, there was a short, lit runway with a single parked ship being toyed around with by some mechanical arms.
"Well, whatever it is is gone now... b*****d," he announced, muttering the last part under his breath. Turning to look back at the group, he glanced carefully at each of them, sizing them up. "I take it you'll need the Construction Panel, since your ship ain't near big enough to fit all your friends. I'm about finished anyway-"
He turned around and pressed a few keys; the mechanical arms placed another gummi or two before retracting, and the gummi... just fell as a trap door opened up. "Have at it."

[Traverse Town : Gummi Ship Hangar]
"Thanks," Soryuju said, still a bit wary as he stood still, looking at the now empty hangar. The sooner they got out of the hangar, the better, so he decided to hurry up rather than stay on the defensive. Walking over to panel Cid had been at, he began pressing at a few keys- suddenly, his gummi ship popped up in place of the other. It was relatively linear in shape, small and maneuverable, and colored black and green. Within a few minutes, the mechanical arms had completely deconstructed the ship, leaving nothing.
"Alright, Suzu, Kuu, if you need any of my parts, you can use them- I've got a nice Haste gummi if you're interested," he said, turning to face the group and stepping aside for Suzuran or Kuumaru to step forward.

[Traverse Town :: Gummi Ship Hangar ] "Right." Suzu tore her eyes away from surveying the hangar and walked up to the knight, with her brother following close behind. It was rather saddening to see the arms take apart the ship so quickly and easily. She bowed in thanks before turning to her twin. "Kuu is the mechanic, I'll let him deal with the gummi parts.""Hmm, a good Haste gummi," Kuumaru murmured as he stepped forward, already building a blueprint in his mind. "That would be nice..." he brought forth their blue and silver ship, which easily dwarfed all other ships showing that their emperor and father had wasted nothing in ensuring the safety of his heirs. Kuu worked, moving and replacing blocks until he was satisfied. He thanked Sory, despite his dislike for all men near his sister... but even he knew when to be courteous and grateful. "Thanks! We can all board now and get the hell outta here before anything else decides to pick a fight with us all.""I agree, let's get out of here. There have been more fights in a night than we've had in quite a while. A change of scenery would be nice," Suzu commented, bowing once to Cid before turning to their ship.

[*~Youni~*] "...." [First district: Merlin's Hut]
....Everything started with an empty heart-
...Now the first steps into the future are being made...
..with Hope Leading the way.

Seeing Nalo’s actions towards Window caused the girl’s brow to raise slightly. What was the purpose of intentionally obscuring another person’s hair? Had Window had requested it before they arrived? Perhaps she should make a point to do the same when the time called for it. It did change the over all appearance a bit, it looked more tussled now. The rabbit-man’s face contorted strangely when he looked at her. Perhaps he sneezed. “ We've received one full cycle of proper R. E. M. sleep, Lasting at least 6-7 hours which should provides a sufficient amount of energy for the rest of the day for humans in their adult years.” She replied, then went further by combining Window own inquiry to her answer. “- however, Windows enlightening lesson yesterday was a topic which Youni’s mind had to consider to such an extent, the proper sleep cycle didn’t progress fluidly- but came in fragmented periods.”
“Perhaps an over abundance of information..” she trailed off, bringing a hand to her chin, finally breaking the eye contact she had maintained with both parties. Yes, Windows lesson had kept her up at night, and yet- “There is no reason for concern; fatigue isn’t present at the moment. So perhaps the fragmented sleep cycle was sufficient as well.”
When Aerith asked about their plans, Youni lifted her gaze and caught the corresponding one of a young man in his later teen to early twenties, judging by simple observation. He was staring at her with a more natural version of Youni's usual cold and stoic stare. Purple and gold spheres blinked back at turquoise without a word, seeming impassive and undisturbed by their observant gaze.
As the conversations turned to talk about going into Space, and seeing other worlds, outsiders and balance, once again key words popped out into the forefront of the girls mind as being particularly important- or should be. They felt like they should be.
Just before she opened her mouth to indulge in her inquisitive nature… the attacks hit the buildings. Even if some where protected, it made things shake everywhere from the impact.
The combination of noise and yelling was too much for the girl to ignore. One moment she was at the table with the rest, looking in the direction Aerith was glaring- the next, she was gone. No- she was at the door! Already opening the door and stepping outside!
Quickened steps brought her across the cobble stone road towards the person who was breaking things with what appeared to be some sort of magic. He was dark skinned, dark haired with a pair of fiendish looking eyes. He wore fairly modern looking clothing and looked like he could have been a resident. But obviously he wasn’t, no one who lived in traverse town would do this- they would know the proper rules of conduct. This person was clearly another ..outsider. He was ignorant and needed to be corrected.
Taking note that Merlin was already shouting at him about it, Youni decided to assist in this matter with a more informal instruction. She stood a few yards in front of the stranger (Jiraal) and took out her book.
“Excuse this one (meaning herself) please- but you are in a residential area of Traverse Town, if you are sparring or partaking in particularly destructive methods of magical action, we have a place for such training and experimentation." she made a gesture to the doors to the next district. " Please proceed to the proper location or Youni will have to request that you make your leave of this area entirely. Aerith and Leon have told Youni it is not nice to blow up buildings, it is bad manners, and it makes Merlin’s wand hand get cramps from too much clean up.”

Lazirex was becoming very impatient with these humans. Always scuttling about, not paying attention to the one hope, the salvation of an almost extinct race. "I requisitioned your help! Now either y--" Stuff happened. In the realm of, chunks of buildings flying apart and two people suddenly 'poofing' into existence, stuff. Then, what appeared to be a little human female appeared on the scene. And everyone was scolding the man who blasted the building. Brilliance. He stepped back, curious. Everyone seemed to be acting like a loon. "Hmmm..." He said to himself. Lazirex backpedaled and walked into the nearest building, a gummi hanger.

It seemed so effortless, how could someone so easily reassemble a shop?Jiraal stared up at the aging wizard for a few seconds as he was berated by him. "Just running a test or two." He stated as he glanced over at the newly repaired item shop. "That was a neat trick, I mean if you can repair things that easily I don't see why you're so upset about it..." Jiraal shrugged carelessly.
Jiraal was about to be on his merry when a rather peculiar girl began to lecture him. "Are you serious? Slow down there girly, the old man already had a go and besides whats a couple cramps? I mean if he can fix an entire building i'm sure he can fix his own hand."

....Everything started with an empty heart-

If Youni was convinced either way about Jiraal's sincere apology, the expression in her voice didn't show it. Instead her head tilted to one side a brow rising slightly as if he said something very interesting. Her two toned eyes merely fixated upon his own.
"Are ...you...Serious?” she repeated the term back as if testing it, making sure she heard correctly. ”Serious; A level of particular concern, or something of great consequence, something dangerous, or something good. Or finally- something requiring great concentration.” She clarified like some computer reciting the definition. ”If you are asking if the term applies to 'this one', then you are correct, however- only under the ramifications of a technical level of concentration. Leon and Aerith have told Youni very specifically that is not good to blow things up for sheer experimentation purposes- Youni's own endeavors were not welcome. As for the cramps, it is uncertain, but it is a phenomenon to which all current residents agree isn’t very nice. Blowing up buildings is bad- no matter how they fixed."
Youni paused, glanced up at Merlin who hovered in the air above them, then continued, " As for Merlin’s own hand, Youni has yet to see the wizard apply restorative magics upon his own flesh. There is no conclusive evidence then that he is capable of doing such a feat. It has been hinted in his lessons that reconstructions of the body and of inanimate objects are two very specific schools of magic." Taking a step closer she began to visually study the stranger. Blinking once or twice, then her head tilted to the toher side, causing the fringe of her silver hair to fall infront of her golden eye. "Would it be safe to presume, due to knowing this infortation and the result of your attacks being answered- will you cease fire? Or would you rather continue somewhere else. Further destructive actions in this specific location will no doubt be met with opposition to your wishes."

Life is an Illusion, Therefore, We all Believe the Same Lie ~ Traverse Town--> First District-->Cafe~ Rasxa noticed that Youni had started to stare back at him, but it didn't phase him in the very least. In fact, he was about to say something to her but just as he had formed the thought, a huge explosion shook him from his chair, which was precariously perched in the first place. The chair fell one way and Rasxa fell the other, narrowly missing it falling on him. "Now who on this blasted planet would do such a thing?" He muttered crossly, pushing himself from the ground until he was standing upright. One minute Youni was there, the next minute she was at the door. Then she was through it and you could see her through the slowly closed door, she was scolding a man. They look like they can handle it... if things get out of hand I'll dash outside. He thought, setting the chair back upwards again. His face immediately looked peaceful, switching over so quickly that it would seem that there is something quite wrong with Rasxa.

[-ɮΔɩʇѻ§-] |♫ Lu~lu~lu~ ♪| [-Traverse Town | First District | District Square-]Long after Baitos had finished his breakfast, he had managed to groom, shower, and get ready for a day of working. He was somewhat behind schedule and had already planned on working on one of the gummi ships under his care in the ship yard. After fixing his hair the way he liked it, the Inuwa head down into his workshop and picked up one of his tool belts, as well as a wooden case that lay open by a covered project. Inside where oddly shaped glowing blocks. He closed it up and put on his tool belt before grabbing the case by it's handle and heading out the back door of his workshop. Locking the door behind him, Baitos made his way along the back alley as he head towards the town square.
The propellers haven't been properly aligned yet, so I will probably work on that first before anything else. Baitos thought to himself, his hand getting a better grip on the case handle. As always the town was in a state of perpetual night, but clocks said otherwise as it was early in the day. There was no climate change either so it was pretty comfortable to go shirtless as the Inuwa always seemed to do with his risque attire. Baitos entered the square just in time to see the decline of commotion, which was beyond his point of interest to he simply passed along, hopefully unnoticed. He was in a good mood, and when he was in a good mood he did his best work.
