The water began to bubble and foam around Travis as what looked like small bubbles floated up from the water and up into the air.
Midori watched, surprised that something was actually happening.

A bright flash of blue came out of nowhere around Travis. It disappeared as quickly as it came.
Midori covered her eyes, then lowered her hand when the flash was gone.
(( And now you can choose if he gets his fins right now or not. [I think in H2O, nothing happened until the next day.] ))

Raine covered her eyes as well then looked back at Travis when the flash as gone.

Travis could feel the difference now that he had a tail instead of legs, and it was slightly disorienting at the moment.

Travis would have been knocked down on land, but he was just knocked back since they were in water. He hugged her back.
