Formally no.
There was no real order.
But, there is generally an unspoken rule that captains travel to the world of the living with their lieutenants in tow.
So you really do not have to be there.
But it would probably look better on the captain and the squad if you were...

What for? well since we need hollows to mess with the humans while at the same time espada to fight the top ranking shinigami, most espada are to high for even captains, so i need some npc's that will be used even when we dont have members

when i read your character's info, i was oh OH! ish he a captain!? *looks* aww, no =.= xD lol
and owo huggie? XD and party....hmm i'm thinking the third division's captain might get a little drunk here twisted lol XD
and oh kk. owo NOOO lol wait, what am i 'no'ing for? we're shinigami's xD we can kick its a** xD. =p invading your shop, PSH. you like us invading your shop =ppp and no he doesn't, not if his shop ish a candy shop XD
