Kazuko gave a light snort to Tess's reply, and watched impassively as bit from his steak. Her mind, though, was full of thoughts of large teeth effortlessly cutting through the steak. "I suppose he could tear through me like that. But he wouldn't dare, would he? After all, we are classmates... even if we do have a disagreement. So to speak. Really! Can't apologize?" Guilt hit her yet again as she realized the wolf-boy was still wet from her attack. She momentarily considered removing the water from him, but decided against it. "He didn't apologize," she thought to herself as a reason. "Besides, I don't know if I could even do that again right now..." She still felt weak from doing it just moments ago.
Her thoughts were broken by the sound of a throat clearing. She turned to see the Headmistress standing nearby. Kazuko looked slightly surprised, then a little ashamed before her face molded back to impassive politeness. "How embarrassing!"
She bowed her head to the headmistress as an apology for causing trouble, and turned back to find Tess had went back to her corner. Kazuko then gathered up her tray to throw away the food and make an escape to the dorm room.

((I apologise in advance for the quality of this catch-up post. I'm suffering from major Writer's Block again.))
After leaving Alwyn in the capable hands of the medical staff, Sam wasted no time in reaching his first afternoon class. The last periods of the day went by like a flash. It seemed even the teachers were in no mood to deal with laziness (Mrs. Ishida included), as the young Empath got away with not completing a single assignment. Of course, this meant he wasn't going to get to slack off during his free period.
I was going to try to spend that period with Marie, Sam thought as he was walking toward the cafeteria for dinner. Perhaps I can just have breakfast with her... If Logan decides to do the same, I hope he won't mind my presence. The boy sighed. "They make quite a cute couple," he added, speaking to no-one in particular.
On arrival, Sam went straight to the counter, picking up the classic rainy-day meal: tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. He sat down and began eating. About midway through dinner, the lights went out. He paid no attention to it, still busy with his food. Sam was really not his usual self today.
As he finished eating, power was restored to the campus. The violet-locked teen took his tray up and made a beeline for his dormitory building. Rather than going to his room, Sam sighed and leaned back against the wall opposite the door, slowly sinking into a sitting position.

Tess was done being in the cafeteria when people started leaving for their dorms- passing him on the way to bust their trays. He shifted and stood, busting his own tray before heading for the door, giving almost a peeved grunt as he passed Kazuko. He paused at the door, looking around, searching... His shoulders slumped lightly when he didn't see Sergey in the crowd. He wondered what happened to him... "Stupid bird-brain...." he mumbled to himself with a sigh as he disappeared out into the rain.
Tess loped his way to his dorm building, slipping inside easily and shaking out his coat. He ignored the water he'd splattered everywhere, giving almost an innocent look as he loped forward. And then he glanced around a moment and realized he'd been almost mechanically headed for Sergey's room, and not his own. Was he really that worried? He frowned, glancing around a bit. Now that he thought on it, though, he didn't remember which room it was...
There was a kid sitting down nearby, but he paid him no mind. He probably didn't know where Mal and Serg's room was. Oh well. He turned around to head into the wet again to head to his room. Maybe he'd take a shower, or something... He probably needed it.

By the time Will became consciously aware of his surrounding again from waking up from his nap, power had returned to the campus. There were still people in the cafeteria, and Will quickly grabbed some dinner and left to go back to his room. He was lightly refreshed from the nap, and he started singing to himself as walked in the rain towards his dorm. Along the way, he had even broken out into some dance steps to that old song of "Singin' in the Rain." Lame, Will thought to himself as he reached the dorm door. He reached for his keys to open the room door with no idea that his roommate was actually in the room.

Kazuko threw away her food, and completely ignored anything Tess did. Especially that peeved grunt, which she did not notice at all and could hardly care less about it. Nope, she didn't hear a thing.
She dallied by the door, getting her umbrella ready. It was still raining. Her pace was brisk as she walked through the wet. Idly she wondered if someday she would be able to repel the rain with her powers, eliminating the need for an umbrella all together. Kazuko had tried it once before, but it had been too hard to do so all that really happened was that she got soaked (annoyingly, having gills and liking to swim did not mean she enjoyed getting a thin, cold, layer of water on her.) But it would be nice if she someday learned to do it...
Once inside her dorm, she once agin gathered up water form her umbrella and whatever had splashed on her legs into a ball. This time, however, she carefully deposited it outside (she was very thankful no one was entering at the time or they would have gotten a little more wet; she didn't hurl it or anything, but still, it splashes). Kazuko then proceeded to her dorm room, She quickly got ready for bed.
"All this 'using my powers' is tiring..." she thought, yawning. At home she had tried to avoid using them, for whatever reason. But ever since she knew she was coming here, she tried to use them more. But being without practice made her feel a little... well, too normal as compared to other students who seemed very comfortable with what they were doing (or what they were).
Once ready for bed, Kazuko started to do a reading assignment, to pass the time. It was still a little early to go to sleep.

Candice was relieved when the lights went on earlier and now found herself snug in her dorm with all the lights on. She held Shirotabi tightly and read quietly to herself. "I hate homework...." She murmured her black hair fell over her eyes and she frowned. "The dance, I wish Matt would come back just for the dance." Candice started to cry a bit but shrugged it off.

(( Ooc: Yay! A new day! ))
Marie arose to her alarm, slowly making her way out of bed. She sniffled a bit as she sat up, rubbing her eyes. The sniff made her fear for worst in the possibilty that the rain had succeeded to make her sick. as she sat and let herself wake up more, she realized it was only morning warmth and sniffles, meaning she was most defiantly not sick.
She was both happy and sad about this discovery. Now she didn't have an excuse to miss the dance, really. But, on the other hand, Marie was fine with ditching the dance to hang with Logan. It was slightly perferable at the moment.
Climbing from bed, Marie check the scene from the window in order to choose what she would wear today. Overcast, is what she found, staring into the gray skies. It didn't look like much rain would happen though, if any.
Marie readied herself hygienically and proceeded to dress herself in dark jeans, sneakers, green long sleeve shirt and a grey cotton sweater. She then grabbed her bag and headed out to the cafeteria for the start of the new day.

Logan groaned softly as he woke to the sound of his alarm clock, the noise ringing in his head a little. He turned it off and sat up, slowly starting to wake up. He sniffled a bit, rubbing his nose with the back of his hand before sighing and getting out of bed. It took him a few moments to realize that his throat was a bit sore, and he had a small headache. He shrugged it off a little, sleepily, and got ready for school.
A long-sleeve blue shirt was donned, with a pair of black pants and his normal shoes. Logan sneezed before brushing out his hair and brushing his teeth. He pulled on a clean pair of gloves, and then a new mask, before finally grabbing his bag and heading out the door. He made it a priority to check into the medical facility after getting something to eat- he wasn't sure it was safe to keep continuously taking pain medications for his headaches like he had been.
Making sure to grab an umbrella at the door, Logan headed out into the slightly drizzly weather, glad it seemed to be clearing up. Maybe there would be more sky than cloud visible at lunch. He hoped so.

Zahzi seemed to be having one of those dreams that gave the dreamer a smirk the entire time...Before the alarm clock inturrupted said dream.
His eyes opened up, with an expression that, it was as if he had been annoyed to the breaking point.
The clock continued to ring, until a sudden surge of electricity made it short-circuit. "I swear to god...They HAD to choose the most annoying clocks...To ring at the WORST possible times..." he groaned, getting up and preparing for the day ahead.

((Ha... Will still doesn't know what his room mate looks like.))
Will opened his eyes before the alarm even had a chance to go off. He had slept pretty well. Where was this roommate of his? He still had not met the boy, and the suspense was getting to him. The musician yawned as he went into the bathroom to wash and dress. Upon returning, he turned to look at the bed of his roommate, Tess.

(( *sigh* I was waiting for Trowa, but we'll do that at another time... ))
Tess had returned to the room later, having hung out outside for a bit. His room mate was already asleep while he showered and took the time to dry his fur off. By then, he was exhausted and he curled up in his bed, burying himself in blankets before falling asleep.
The next morning had Tess asleep even after his room mates' alarm clock went off, though he did stir a bit. The blankets were tangled about him, and he sighed in his sleep a bit before slowly rousing after he heard the bathroom shower turn off. He was yawning where he lay when Will came back out, and he shifted to look at the other teen for a moment.
"What are you staring at?" came a sleepy mumble.
