(um...sorry to tell you but thats god modding. that is not a weak jutsu, it was fully charged. even if it wasn't fully charged you would still get hurt. and what revenge?)

(well one time Asaba attack cloud to test its nin, and a few were doing jutsu without typing they did handsigns, they took about two and a half pages arguing but this was way before you two joined )
