The twelfth person done in by the Phantom was Tad Ryerstad. sad
I know he did some bad things last year, but he still didn't deserve this.

I'm ashamed to admit I almost suspected Tad of being the Phantom overall because of how he swore last year he'd kill Bigby...

Hopefully, with smart detectives like you on the case, we can solve this thing as soon as possible! Yeah, but I need some more concrete proof. Seems that whenever someone says something revealing about this whole thing the phantom strikes, and I don't want to risk it. Besides, I don't think you of all people would be happy with my idea.
