Simple asnwer: No.
More complex and acurate answer: The psions that are based of the jedi principles build cylinders that can be used to concentrate their psionic energy into beam swords.
Their is no switch upon these blades that make the ignite, but the concentration of the 'force' into them makes them function. To build a cylinder you must be a jedi. Cymarron played with Fenix's cylinder and discovered that he could create a weapon somehow, but I don't recall exactly what he said of it.
ANd it would be later that day, the afternoon infact.

oh, okay, but here is a question for you, since the elves have made to earth then is it not possible that other Jedi have made to earth, and have modified the technology, so that it could be sused to fcus magical energies into a sword? I am just wondering I got the question stuck in my head since this morning.

Nelphean is the only Elvish Jedi on the plane, Rain's space elf kin don't have access to the technology to make lightsabres, as they appear in star wars, yet.
Currently moping around the manor is a elfish craftsman, who specializes in building weapons. If you wish to know more about the availible elfish weaponry, talk to him.

I'll assume someone told you somewhere, or you notice that Kellendel built K'erith's halberd. But, as noted, Kellendel is the elfish craftsmen of my lot. He's Nelphean's apprentice, which basically makes him a son.

Ah! *feels a lot taller, leans on his head* biggrin You are bad, but that is good.
For any interested parties, I sweet talked my dad into letting me borrow his mic.
Nelphean has many unconventional relationships that he treats well, hmmm.

I'll keep that mind, just wondering since Elias acquired a new weapon that is similiar to the Jedi's in that it focuses energy, but it of the magical variety into a blade. Just curious as always is this one.
