((It's a bill. And I'm a bit surprised noone knows about it.
It basically taxes everything that you do that uses electricity.
Gives money to environmental organizations.
Gives money to Franny and Freddy.
Basically, gives extra tax to people who use too much energy(according to the government)
And among other things, taxes materials we need to make buildings.
And if your house isn't 'environmentally friendly' according to to government, you can't sell your house))

((Wow... that sucks! ... the only bill I heard of was the one where he was shutting down all of the hospitals that didn't give abortions. I was kinda like WTF with that one. We have abortion clinics for a reason, and a lot of religious hospitals are refusing to do it and will be shut down. ))
