Can always do what the other guild leaders do. Mass invites to members of other guilds in hopes that some people there are bored and will want to jump to ours. xp

I would just as soon we avoid that particularly obnoxious methodology. Do you know what happens when I receive those random mass invites? Auto-delete. I don't even bother to see what the guild is even called, let alone what it's about. If they can't be arsed to talk to me specifically, then I can't be arsed to pay them any attention. The people who want to RP, the people who have the time to put into extra guilds; they will already be looking. If they aren't looking, then chances are they don't have the time to join a new group.
That being said, that's only my opinion, one earned from receiving quite a few random invites over the years. Never joined a single one. Still, it is an option, so if nothing else, we could use it as a last resort, I suppose.

Hedoro Koutai I can at least try to help out. Not sure what I can manage, but I can at least try. Beyond that, no idea is immediately coming to mind to get people interested. We could try some vague 'battle royale' thing out in the forums, and let people get their feet wet. Then if they like the atmosphere and style, maybe they'd come to the guild proper? i like that.. and this

Hm... So I didn't post. I'm going to make posts now though. After that I have to go to the eye glass place and get myself hooked up with some eyewear. Mah glasses quit on meh the day before yesterday. So I've been wearing these plastic frames with one of the arm things missing since then and people are starting to notice at school. D: I have a reputation with myself for not standing out now so I needs me some new frames. -nods-
As for the recruitment idea, I'm with Hedoro on mass invites. I hate getting them. They feel like spam. I block people from sending me invites and so they decide to pm me instead which is equally as annoying if not more so. So I've been on the receiving end and don't want to wish that on someone else. Not so bad as a last resort but it feels like we're selling ourselves short by doing that at the same time.
Like Hedoro suggested, we could showcase what we do in ROTS by rping. Fights tend to get people interested as well as addictive storylines so we could do a bit of both? Actually, maybe we could do a movie in the forums every once in a while too? Or put unfinished movies out there and see if people will show up and help finish it even if they're not in the guild? I haven't been active nowadays but I'll pitch in if I can.
