Yeah, usually converting to Jpg files is good enough, but sometimes you have to alter the quality

Well, You can either: Get a program called GIMP or Paint.NET if you havn't got Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro, or you can send the image(s) to Bass and kick him 'till he does it for you
