Seph paused glancing down at her drink and giving it a small sniff which brung her back to reality "Umm... thanks for the drinks Mari and congrats on the trophy. Though I think Alpha wants to see ya so he knows of your dragon festival plans and if ya need a ride" she greeted Mari before leaning over and whispering to Itaka. "Ok what the hell just happened there? And for the record the amount of scales I've collected over the years one could probably flood the whole of Agralia"
Hebal skidded to a hault "Oh yeah I completely forgot about that and the trophie. Ooopsie my bad" she apologised spinning off back in the other direction. "Now I don't quite remember which cabin is Mari's but I got a rough idea. In fact never mind I see her.... I think" she gasped squinting to see if it really was Mari in the surprisingly big crowd of drunks.
Alpha nodded "Just a lot on the twisted side. We didn't all eat our fallen victims like some books are trying to claim nowerdays. I'll just have to give em a reason to think we're not so bad conveniently while on my travels. Flying an airship is so much easier than flying about with your own wings. So much less effort involved and theres always an autopilot when bored"

Felina quietly sighed shaking her head "It's nothing really. Just don't go taking too many risks, some houses will be very high in security and a lot of elves have really good hearing to detect sneaking. Also can't hide all of the things of major value" she warned checking the list of stations against where they had just stopped. "We only need to stay on this bus for two more stops from the looks of it"
"Yeah lets stay away from that fight" Satoshi decided twisting and turning herway through the place "Course I couldn't pull him away from Felina but the village would give it a good attempt for sure. The ninja life wouldn't suit him anyway as theres noo much discipline involved and long hard training. Plus theres the wages issue" she chuckled knowing most people would hate only keeping half of what they had earned.

Oassu frowned "Well maybe I'll just need to figure out something else, don't you have thieves in Yithra at all?" he said thinking "Just saying there's probably a way to get around your elven hearing if necessary" he said with a shrug.
Jenna smirked "I'm sure there is, hey if we do good enough I may even be able to set up a thieves guild in Yithra though I'd be surprised if there wasn't a few already elven hearing must be helpful while sneaking about you know" she said
Gil frowned "Would you really need Oassu so much? I mean he's one inexperienced ninja, and from the sounds of it new ninjas come from families isn't your ninja population more or less self sufficient by now since every child in the village is trained that way? Or is your family an exception?" he asked
Itaka grimaced "Well...I think we're not fighting anymore...not that I'm especially comfortable with our current situation either" he whispered amidst the crowd "Well thanks for the help Mari but we really need to get going if we're going to catch up with the others" he said attempting to sift closer to the edge of the crowd.
Mari gasped "I won a trophy?! Oooh I'd completely forgotten about that!" she said earning her a bigger cheer from the small crowd of friends as the lifted her up onto their shoulders "Heehee well tell Alpha that I'm going to get an airship home with my family and friends and to come pick me up after the festival though give me some notice though" she said happily as her friends began singing a happy song in their language.
Zadina's ears twitched picking up on the song "Well that sounds like her language, and I can see here there" he said pointing to the figure being raised up "Looks like Itaka and Seph are there as well perhaps they all went drinking to celebrate the festival?" he suggested.
Barbaros nodded yawning "Uhuh I'll bet specially since you can't keep your wings going too long, though bet it's more costly for an airship though good to know about the eating thing sounds just plain barbaric to me" he said

Seph sighed taking a sip of her drink seeing one of Mari's companions raising a toast to them "Ok then Mari will let him know and we'll leave you to celebrate as we still have one or two things to do before taking off for the festival. Habe a good celebration" she told her pulling Itaka out of the crowd and away to safety "Lets just get out of here in case Arian tries to show up again or some other weirdo. Though gonna need a stronger drink than this at the airship" she whispered stopping as she almost bumped into Hebal and Zadina "Hey there you two, didn't expect to see you about"
Hebal frowned waving her arms "Heeey, you guys could have told us you were having a party too then we could have attended both" she complained stopping briefly next to Seph and Itaka. "If you guys don't mind waiting a little until after we give Mari her trophy we'll tell you more about and walk with you. Otherwise all will be revealed on the airship" she sung then skipped past giving the trophy to Zadina to keep hold of while she rushed in "Hiiiya congrats bronze champion!"
Alpha grinned wishing he could shove his head against the window for a good look outside "And that is exactly why they use that sort of description" he quietly laughed moving into a seat now that someone was getting off nearby. "It takes a lot of effort to fly and get your wings to support your body weight when a demon my size. Dunno how people like Seph manage it plus extra weights like Itaka"

Felina scratched her head in thought "No theres not really any thieves in Yithra. Crime is kept well under control within the city thanks to hard working security who generally get on with the average person in the street. It's usually more paper based crimes that go on there like fraud or embezzlement and slander type things" she explained as she tickled her pet's ear.
Satoshi paused thinking of a good way to explain "Not all kids become ninja for who would run the armoury and run the resturants and do the trading? Some parents don't want to allow their kids to be ninjas, some fail the exams and some people have to leave due to injuries. Plus it throws in new genetics. Eventually if it was only the same families that became ninjas then we would be an incredibly predictable unit in terms of potential skills and abilities"

Oassu scratched his head "Sounds a bit too perfect to me, even in the poorer areas of Yithra? There's gotta be at least one thief there would be crazy for them to be none, they're just a general part of society" he said amazed at the thought of a city without thieves.
Jenna nodded "Also does Yithra have something against other races? I don't really recall seeing anything but elves there and most other cities have a mixed population, I mean I understand it being mostly elves it's the capital city after all but I don't recall seeing anything else at all" she said
Gil scratched his chin "I guess so, I just assumed everyone in your village was a ninja in addition to their day job that way" he said pulling out his keys to access their cabin "Though Felina doesn't hold a candle to your beauty if you had to lure Oassu away" he said kissing Satoshi "But there's more than beauty in a relationship which is why he'd stay if your village sent others after him" he said
Itaka nodded "Here pop this in your bag" he said handing her back the sword "Don't wanna cause a fuss" he said drinking his beer "Yeah best to leave and stay with people don't really fancy trying that lunatic again" he said.
Zadina giggled "Hey Miss Mari lookit what we brought you!" he said pulling out the trophy and prize from his bag inspiring another cheer from her friends as they saw it "Erm here you go" he said handing the trophy and prize over to Mari.
Mari squealed "Hiiii Hebal! It's great to see you here!" she said gasping as she received the trophy and prize "Wooooow this is awesome!" she said giving Zadina a hug and a kiss before hopping down to give Hebal the same "You guys are so wonderful I really thank you for picking this up for me, didn't think I'd won anything" she said unaware some of her friends were offering Hebal a drink.
Barbaros shrugged "Guess Seph is just built for it though Itaka's no light load probably using the same flying logic that bees use...that it's just impossible for them to fly that way but they do it anyway" he said

Seph nodded leaning against the wall while she put the sword away "In that case lets walk with Hebal and Zadina at least until we're in a more populalted area. Now before I shut up my bag are you ok? Don't need any potions or anything?" she asked giving her bag a good shake.
Hebal giggled returning the hug "Thats what you get for not showing at the party. We had the most awesome view of the party ever and servants and everything. Anyway what ya gonna do now the tournament is over? Alpha is going to pick Amane up for me so I can have her over the dragon festival" she sung excitedly but waved her hand to say no thanks at the drinks offer.
Alpha shook his head "I dunno, I think her wings are just about big enough to support her own weight and she's got a bit of muscle in them. My wings are tiny in comparison to the rest of my body. Some demons get all the luck in terms of features it would seem but never mind, no use complaining about that one now"

"I didn't say there wasn't a single thief. Some cities just have a very low crime rate and theres far more beneficial cities that belong to the elves for people in that sort of work" Felina replied feeling a little uncomfortable with Jenna's question "Of course we don't hate other races but with the forest being so remote and lacking in aerodromes and the like its not exactly an easy access city it it"
Satoshi shook her head pushing the door open once unlocked "Now be nice, Felina is a pretty lady who some people would like the look of more than myself. Plus its incredibly rare in these times to find somebody so willing to help and care about others in the way she does" she tutted picking up her pet who had slithered his way over the moment he had heared the rattling of the keys outside. "Won't be too long now. You'll get to meet pleanty residents of the village who aren't ninja too" she added packing up the clothes she had left lying about along with a few small rolled up pictures one of her clones had left behind earlier.

Oassu nodded "Alright then, but lets not talk about this anymore" he said sensing Felina was uncomfortable "Where are you going to go once back in Agralia Jenna?" he asked "Might need to keep your head low in case Alex recognises you in the city" he said.
Jenna shrugged "I doubt it, the law only forbids us thieves from organising Alex didn't really want underground groups to gain favour since he essentially took the city by force but I can disguise myself keep myself safe, don't plan on spending long in the city anyway, maybe go to Bosco first just to distance myself from the capital, take some of the old thieves with me too if any are left in the city, Sona and Esquits are still there from the last letter at least so can travel with them and maybe start all over elsewhere." he said
Gil shrugged "Sure she's nice but you are far prettier than she is" he said bending down to help Satoshi clean up the mess the clones had made "What are all these pictures your clones have done?" he asked smiling as Enkidu bounded on the bed sensing he wouldn't be able to do it for much longer.
Itaka shook his head "Nah Felina can probably fix these burns up no hassle when we get back" he said gesturing to his shoulders and a small one on his face "Hell Zadina's good enough he could probably sort it on the way back" he sighed relaxing a bit "Was not expecting another fight so soon" he said
Mari smiled "Well I was spending time with my friends and family and we had a great time anyway though sounds like you are going to have fun wherever your going though I'm going home with my friends and family over the festival season, you can let Alpha know I won't be back to the airship, though say goodbye to everyone for me" she said spinning around before facing Hebal and Zadina "Though you better tell him to come pick me up when it's all over!" she scolded them both.
Zadina sighed "Don't worry Miss Mari we'll definitely tell everyone about your plans and we'd never dream of leaving you behind when the adventure picks up again!" he said happily "Though it's going to be sad without everyone to hang around with for a while we kinda had a nice little family" he muttered.
Barbaros chuckled "You shouldn't complain now specially after you've been living with it for so long you know would be a shame to be so grim though your demon form isn't that bad is it? Sure it's got plenty of nice benefits" he said.

Seph smiled reaching up and stroking Itaka's face "Yeah that was pretty unexpected and cowardly on his part to pick timing such as that. I'll be ok too don't you worry. For now lets just have a good time, warn some of the others about him once the festives have died down so not to kill the party and down that drink Mari gave us. Cheers to another bizzare day" she laughed gulping down the booze.
Alpha nodded moving forward seeing as their stop was approaching "Yep better strength, stronger liver and a nice swishy tail not as flexible as Seph's but far more destructive when it hits ya, Oh and the fact I can live in very hot temperatures. Though I'll really need to develop some sunglasses for volcanoes. It's really bright in lava" he smirked.
Hebal frowned "Hey how mean do you think we are to just ditch you after the festival, give us a little credit" she moaned puffing her cheeks out in her usual huffish fashion. "Everyone just needs other family time Zadina, folks will be back in no time. People like Satoshi probably haven't seen their family in at least a year so should make her super happy upon returning"

Felina stood up and placed Cid gently back into her bag impressed by the speed of the express service "He won't stop underground groups emerging for long. If theres one thing I have learned from elven politics is theres always something going on the moment your back turns. But even if Alex saw you he wouldn't get much people support would he if he attaced you on sight for no good reason" she pointed out.
Satoshi paused unrolling a few of the pictures "Just general pictures you see, theres one of your armour and another of Terrrato sleeping then theres one of the bed and a random gria, a bunch of clouds then a doodle of you and me having a picnic" she said presenting him with all the papers "Feel free to keep any that take your eye for most will probably go in the bin later"

Oassu smiled "Guess so but Agralia isn't exactly my concern since we can live far far away from it and relax, would be helpful for dealing with Alex if underground groups were there for us to work with though" he said getting up after Felina.
Jenna smirked shaking her head "Bit naive Felina I figure he can probably make a nameless figure like me disappear in the city relatively easily if he wanted" she said flicking her hair over her shoulder as she got up "Wouldn't be surprised if Barbaros left quickly too" she said.
Gil chuckled "I quite like this one of me though I think it's cute how one of your clones just love doing these pictures" he said admiring the little picnic doodle "This one's cute too we can have a nice picnic while we're together at your place" he said
Itaka smiled kissing Seph's horns "Well yeah just relax for now" he said sipping the beer handed to him "Mari certainly seems to have had a fun evening for someone who apparently slept all day" he said smirking as he watched her friends cheer.
Barbaros frowned "I'll take your word for it, don't fancy testing the lava myself" he said stepping off the bus onto the aerodrome station where it was still packed and busy "Guess it's not been long enough for the crowds to die down" he sighed.
Mari smiled poking Hebal's cheeks "Aww your so cute when you're mad" she complimented her "Though I think we're gonna go now" she said as Ivy emerged from her hair happy to be out at night again "Say goodbye you two" she said watching as Ivy flew over to give them both a kiss before dashing back into Mari's hair "I got her to stop colouring it so it's an improvement" she giggled "Though Sophia is excited I think she'll be tired soon" she said offering the little tonberry in her arms seeing as she wanted to cuddle them.
Zadina giggled picking up the tonberry for a cuddle "I'm impressed Miss Mari you really are training them super well if you've started to tame Ivy, they must both really like you and stuff" he said passing Sophia onto Hebal.

Seph shrugged glancing over "She's out having a drink, the majority of people think everything is a little bit of fun after a drink or five with one or teo exceptions we'll not get too much into" she pointed out as she finished her drink off. "I wouldn't be surprised either if Gil had been celebrating his victory in a bar either... we'll just need to find an excuse for that later to have some fun of our own" she winked at him.
Hebal muttered a small "aww" to herself as she gave the creature some attention "Thats kinda good and bad since it was kinda funny seeing her change so many colours. But you watch that you don't fall over now. You're funny when you've had lots to drink but don't want you hurting yourself or these two" she lectred handing Sophia back. "Oh and you better bring back a souvenir or two"
Alpha snickered shaking his head "Nah, the crowds have all moved in this direction thats all though if I used my demon form it could probably plough its way through this crowd with ease. As for the lava, for those who can withstand the heat it feels a little bit lie you've just sat down in one of those nice relaxing hot springs" he sighed.

Felina groaned stepping off the bus only to find more crowds of people blocking their path to the airship "Wow theres so many people, I hope theres going to be an available airship to Yithra" she sighed looking at the boards with all the different times and destinations on which were marked down as full. "Though I bet no ruler could truely make somebody disappear into the night if the target was in the right sort of circles. Especialy the antigovernment ones" she disagreed with Jenna.
Satoshi grinned handing Gil the pictures he had mentioned "Well then there you go they are all yours. Though I think I warned you not to expect too many recognizable foods while there" she remembered to say as she shoved the rest of her pictures and her book into her bad which had been sitting under the bed "Right then, thats me sorted and ready for a holiday. How about you then" she asked with a hug.

Gil chuckled "Sure I'm ready for a nice holiday though I probably should really consider buying some more clothes if I'm going to be relaxing like this instead of working might have to do a job after the holiday season" he said returning the hug as he cast mini on the few clothes he had with him before stuffing them into a bag with the pictures.
Oassu smirked spying other people in float bubbles above the crowds "Seems like other people are catching onto your idea means things are kinda easy for us" he said "Might need to spend a while in the Aerodrome but lets get back to the airship anyway not quite ready to leave yet" he said.
Jenna nodded "Still gotta sort out what's happening with Boco can't just leave him on the airship over the holidays" she said "Though let's not talk anymore about killing people like that, specially when I'm the person in question, given the option I wouldn't even return to Agralia but I still need to file my report" she said.
Itaka scratched his chin "Hmm I wonder what Gil is like as a drunk..." he mused "Didn't really strike me as a heavy drinker" he said finishing his drink "Though don't need an excuse to have fun my dear though I should hope spending the holiday away with me is reason enough" he chuckled cuddling Seph.
Mari giggled "I'll be fine, I'll bring you some cakes or something from my own village but don't worry we'll all be nice and safe and Ivy can totally still do it, just now she's trained to obey" he said looking up at her hair where Ivy sat "Ivy, blue!" she commanded as the little fairy absently turned her hair blue with a small giggle "See she's still lovely" she said.
Zadina smiled "Well I'm sure you'll have her super trained and ready for combat soon if you can manage feats like that" he said patting Sophia from his perch "Though we should get going Miss Hebal, we're keeping the others and Seph and Itaka waiting" he said.
Barbaros grunted "Yeah if you used your demon form for that you'd probably create enough of a disturbance the judges would lock you away for the night still glad to know you enjoy volcano's so much, should go to Tricasia there's some volcanos on islands near there" he said
