Usually Princie should get on later tonight, but she's been sick lately, so... yeah. BUT, I know that Vlad is at the bar right now lusting after barely legals girls, so you can send Lirian there if she's old enough (18 ).

Think I'll wait, just wanted to meet him to raise chaos, but now that I've read some forums I think I'll be juuust fine lol.
Anyways, at least Lirian should be safe.
She's a fencer. Her sword is rather... weird though, not all bendy and crud. It works~!

Sorry, I meant to say that the legal age was 18 (the most common one around the world). Dunno why that weird emote appeared.
But yeah, if you want to meet Vlad, the bar or the General store are the two place to go.
