Well that's just fine! a friend of mine is getting evicted next month, his parents are getting a divorce, he has a 600$ ticket so he cant drive, so he is saying his only option is to join the military. People have offered help but he said no. I know it is his own choice but the part that irritates me is that he is saying it would be wrong of him to accept help from them and the fact that him saying military is the only option when it isn't.  Say it once, say it twice

damn pride. he has options. the military is a hardening force. people are different afterwords. I wish i knew him well enough to talk him down....but without getting his pride out of the way...idk. now's not the time for my musings. i know a friend who is joining the military for similar reasons...but her parents won't talk to her unless she does. there are benefits as far as college and stuff...but hear him out. whether to refute his reasons in order, or to be there to understand. either way. Once his opinion has had devils advocate played to its best, if he still wants it, then it's still his call.
Make sure he acknowledges that he does have options though, after you've heard him out.
((this is all an opinion, and is badly organized anyways))

Well that's just fine! I understand what you said and it is what myself and one other friend of his did. I think at least we got him to see there was nothing wrong from accepting help. Before now as far as I know he never wanted to join the military so yea. I attempted to stay back and let others handle it because I knew i would be harsh on it though I couldn't help it I got to irritated. Now he is off msn and I can't talk to him so yea. I just hope he listened to us and thinks about his options some more. Say it once, say it twice

ah, but would he understand that you care? because there are times when it is proper, even with friends, to be a little harsh. If he would have known it was because you care then it would have been fine.

When i get frustrated, i either take a walk or paint. Otherwise my emotions build and i put myself on the verge of insanity.
I get frustrated alot so that probably why i turn out colossal paintings within a two week period =__=
But I'm sorry about your friend Malix. Some people just try to choose what they think is right and it is not always satisfactory to those around them. Sometimes i can really tear myself apart trying to think of things i can do when people are in these situations, but the best you can do is be a supportive friend no matter what. That's what he needs the most.**emulating a bit of a mother figure here sweatdrop goodness**
Now bash away at those Fable 3 characters!

Well that's just fine! Its an entertaining way to vent though i worked up somewhere close 265 minuets of time till the bounty goes away. I am not really sure if that counter is by real world minuets or in game minuets it could be ether or lol. (think it is real minuets) At the least I was going to have that character be an evil one so it is a win win lol.

Yeah haha it's a good thing i take out my frustration in painting otherwise i would not be productive in college whatsoever. xp
Everyone can paint Malix! It just depends on what you paint the best. I paint people quite well, but am not good with architecture. I paint a great impressionistic painting, but not super realism. You have your strengths and weaknesses.
But no one said you had to be able to paint subject matter in your artwork to be classified as an 'art'. That's how abstract art came around. Try something! There just something about slapping paint of a surface that is satisfying to letting your emotions out; kinda relieves the pressure in your head and gets your mind off of what's bothering you.
