Yeah, every ensign has their first Mantra unlocked...then usually start with a couple skills on the second one unlocked. Majors start with the first two unlocked, Lieutenants with three, and Captains with all but their Atma Skills.
You should have asked. XD

Kisa has the feeling that the town is getting violent and is going for a ride, Al narrowly missed blasting Ryofu with a stupidly overpowered blast of energy, Ryofu noted that Al doesn't seem to be using demons and, as such, isn't their primary target that way, and Titus is trying very hard to sound younger than he is. ^^ Yay, posting!

Which is almost all the time. XD Al and Ennea are actually pretty darn strong when alone, but since they both came from groups that didn't make it here, neither of them has other partners (right now) or any particular involvement in plot... so instead, they can just do a comedy routine whenever I feel like pumping out something fun. Works pretty well, really. ^^

Indeed. Speaking of, I wish I could bring some of those guys over here and use them now...but this place is pretty complicated as it is.
...Maybe one of these days Ryuga will make an appearance just for the fun of it...
