*BAMF! In a swirl smoke, Kurt and Bobby appeared in the middle of the 'Colossus' table. Kurt was filming Achilles's face. Bobby grinned.*
Aw, poor Achilles. Expecting someone else? Give your buddy Donnie a message from the Iceman. No more screwing with the baseball team or our third baseman. An eye for an eye and a video for a video. Thanks for playing along, Jen. We owe you one.

"You were expecting a Colossus?" Jen asked. She knew it, Achilles was shocked at seeing her here. "Well, let's say I was set up as well."
She shrugged and smiled but she could tell Achilles wasn't going to smile back.
"So how about I get you a drink." Jen said, then quickly added. "As a friend, really I don't think anyone should be alone on this day. This is my first Valentine's where I'm actually worried about it."
Jen was starting to babble to herself as she filled in the awkward silence she started pointing to the menu.
"Or even better, these chicken wings. You can tell me all about your Greek stories. To tell you the truth I'm part of a Greek Hero Club this school set up. you're our number one star. I can order up a whole table worth of it, I'm going to make sure this is put on Bobby Drake's tab."

Achilles stared hard at where Kurt and Bobby vanished on the table where he was standing, and Jen was seated. His face was a mask of calm, but if Jen looked into his eyes, she could see the famed temper building itself and threatening to take over.
His face only slightly flushed from the anger and embarrassment, Achilles raised his hand to fan away the sulfuric smoke before he looked to Jennifer.
"Well," He said softly, his tone of voice brittle. "It would seem we were both the target of a cruel prank. Is this how your modern day honors Eros?"
He took a deep breath and something struck him, an idea. A wicked little grin creased his lips.
He said, "You are correct, that none should spend this day alone. If you would join me, we should attempt to find Piotr. He might be an unwitting victim as well. Then..."
He looked at her and his calm mask fell into one of anger.
"Perhaps you would care to join me in a Valentine's Day hunt? I believe in season is a certain vanishing mutant and a boy who is about to be turned into ice cubes."

Jen grinned. "A hunt? That sounds like exactly what I was wanting to do. That little blue imp and iceboy should really know better than messing with us."
Jen looked around the restaurant there didn't seem to be any large Russian looking lonely.
"I don't think Piotr is here, but I suppose he won't be too hard to find." Jen said. She stood up and stretched to her full hight. "I feel the need to smash some Baseball Jocks. Seriously, I don't think the video would be such a big deal, stupid Jocks and High school drama, but I don't like being used."

"Right this way, sirs." Hartley, Stephen, Teddy and Wallace were led to their table. It was right in front of the small stage set up in one corner of the Dakota. The lights were a bit dim and it had the sultry atmosphere a Jazz club should have on Valentine's day.
Hartley sat across from Wallace and Stephen across from Teddy. A waitress wearing a pink, heart-covered apron took their order.
Hartley sat back.
"We've got about a half hour before the warm-up act, and then Dazzler's going to take the stage." This was nice. Stephen and Teddy....well, they weren't exactly setting the world on fire with their passion, but Stephen wasn't a spaz, so there was at least that. And with that whole evil ex- thing out of the way, this looked to be a relaxing evening.
The waitress stepped into the kitchen and pulled off her apron. Then she pulled off her wig and kicked off her high heels.
"So, that's Wallace's new boyfriend, eh? Well, Hartley Rathaway, I hope you're prepared for the last night of your life!"

Danielle Baptiste "Wow, chris. This cabin sure is nice...where did you find it anyways." She takes a sip of mt due. "Great party!" I found it right here. *Rimshot.* I was at the library, shelving some books, and I came across a book about urban legends of Hero High and Midvale. They mentioned Logan's Lost Cabin and it kinda caught fire in my brain. I put some clues together and searched the woods. Almost didn't find it...the camo tarp hid it well from the air. ... Tag in your next character, Wally...

Cooler heads prevailed.
That's how Billy felt when the window of his and Teddy's shared dorm room slid open and he slipped inside. The blow up he exchanged with Teddy did little to settle the issues between the boys, and he felt the need to vent, but what good would it do other than to cause even a larger rift between them.
So Billy took a flight around campus a few times, just to cool off, and ideas came to him. He would gratefully accept Jennifer's invite to hang out with her and a few other friends in town, and see what the evening might bring.
But, first things first.
Billy set the blue and white Build-A-Bear box on Teddy's bed and opened it up to pull out it's contents; a emerald green teddy bear with a golden blond wig and an outfit cleverly chosen to resemble some of Teddy's clothes. He plopped it on the pillow at the headboard and then went to his desk. He pulled a sheet of paper from his tablet and started to write;
"Teddy,
No easier way to say this than I'm sorry for the fight we had earlier. When the holiday fervor settles down, think we can talk?
Billy
P.S.
I saved this for you. Fight or not, I still wanted you to have it."
Billy rolled the note up and tucked it into the teddy bear's little vest. There was another he had to write a note to, and ask to chat, and that one would be trickier but he'd wait until after the day was over before approaching it.
Billy pulled open his closet to get ready. Jennifer told him to hurry up so they could get to town so he had to rush. When Jennifer Kale promised fun, she always delivered!

"Piotr first, then we can engage in our hunt. After all, it is far more sporting to allow for a head start with such trivial game." He took a step back to allow She-Hulk space to step forward. He then placed a hand on his chest and made a formal bow. "And despite my vaulted reputation as a lover of men, it does not berift me to act the part of a gentleman." He stood upright and swept his arm outward and towards the exit. "Ladies first."

Jen did a feeble curtsey and stepped out of the booth. "Thank you good sir."
She looked over the whole place and couldn't see any tall Russian boy. She'd never met Piotr but she was sure he would stick out just like she and Achilles did.
"I really think blind dates should be made illegal, there's something awful about being set up because someone thinks you'd be a good match." Jen sighed. "Let's get out of this place and try to find this Colossus."

Cassie looked at Chris...
"You mean you DON'T know..."
Cassie drank her soda and looked at Chris.
"I just know a bit of what Donnie told me. Apparently Logan was a mutant and part of the X-men. He use to be a loner but for whatever reason every Superhero team on the planet tried to recruit him. Well, everyone says he got tired of it and one day walked into the woods never to be seen again. But they say on a dark clear night if your caught wandering the woods with a beer in hand you better have two... one for yourself.. and one for the Wolverine. "
Cassie then laughed.

Dani was winning! Again! ... or maybe she was losing... she could tell. Needless to say she was getting tired of wiping but. Her anger was sufficiently defused.
Passed the controled to Cassie.
"Here. Let's see you try this out."
Then an idea sparked.
"You know... w should redecorate this place... it needs more beds. And windows... and... furniture. Yeah. This could be our club house! We'll need more food though... and a secret passage.... like underground!"
She was imagining a massive overhaul to this small cabin, more rooms and space and bunkbeds! A pool table... maybe a basement.
"Yeah I could probably dig a tunnel in a few days..."

"Eh." Wally handed the controller over to Chris. The game moved too slow for him, and he didn't want to wear out Chris's system by going at his own pace.
"Hey guys, I hope you don't mind, but I'm gonna split. I need to stretch my legs. Hey, Dani, why don't you come with me?"
Wally gave Chris a bro-look. It was Valentine's day, no reason Chris should have his plans spoiled.
