Wantcookie Harusame Mizukishi Wantcookie Owwin Harusame Mizukishi Owwin I wish I didn't have to wait 1000 years for somebody to create a device that could effect things and activate devices remotely. I need to get to work on something like that. It's too bad that the finglonger is only science fiction. I'm sure you could pull it off. xD
Also: you may find this amusing.Even in the dramatic scenes with him he is hilarious. He is like the only character that is ALWAYS funny on that show. There isn't an episode where he isn't being awesome. I've always been a fan of Leela's more subtly hilarious moments, but you're definitely right. xd For the longest time, I didn't know that the woman that did her voice was the wife on Married With Children.A show that can only be a sitcom exists with that name? It was a sitcom, but it was the white trash sitcom. Trashy daughter. They never had food in the house. crazy low income, retarded father and son, and it might have been the show that introduced that the wife wanted to have sex, and the guy was never in the mood XD. Dumb, but awesome.

I'm sure the fact that he's a scientist helps. xD
@Cookie: You've never heard of it? surprised

Splice was freakin' amazing.
GO SEE IT NOW YOU FAGGOTS D<
lolno No srsly, go see it. It's really good. It's not even a horror movie like the trailer made it out to be. It's just Science fiction, doin it rite.
It WAS weird though, just at the end.

It WAS weird though, just at the end.Oh, awesome. My girlfriend wants to see it. She saw the 'sci-fi' type trailer and wanted to see it. Then was a little 'eh' after the horror type trailer. So I'm glad it's not just a lame horror movie, and now I kind of want to see it.

It WAS weird though, just at the end.I dunno. When I think splicing animal and human DNA I think of humanoid builds with changed body functions and some aesthetic changes. Totally changing the structure into something that looks grotesque really weirds me out. I wouldn't be able to watch it without some uncanny valley reactions. I am really glad it isn't horror. Before I had no desire to see it at all. Still having reservations.

My friend was disappoint actually. xD She was looking forward to the gore and there was none.
@Owwin. Actually, the freaky thing you see isn't what Dren looks like the entire time. She just hasn't grown up.
The poster.

Whatever you can call horror, happens around the end. Even that isn't horror though. Just the climax of the film.
More of, it just really focuses on the relationship between the mutated creation and the two scientists who created it.
It's still good. Definitely not horror, I know horror. xD

Holy s**t. I thought the thing in the trailers was a freakin ostrich or something. That isn't grotesque at all. Not exactly humanoid, but it looks really badass. I was expecting nubby vestigial arms and crazy s**t like that.

Then I saw the the thing when she was first born. That was grotesque. It's just that she wasn't fully developed apparently.
They used a real woman for the part. : D
