DD sat on the floor of her room, she pulled out a small black box from under her bed. Opening it she started to pull out a few odd and ends. Among these were pieces of cloth, wood and oddly enough Hair. Selecting a particularly soft blond that shimmered green, dawn placed it to the side.

Next she shuffled through and grabbed a small piece of brown terry cloth. Like those made into men's work vest. A thin smile creeping across her face. Her eyes glittering like a child's who knew that they were getting something they wanted.

She took these two pieces and placed them next to the orb. After she had finished doing that she placed everything back into the box neatly. Replacing it under the bed. She got up and walked over to her vanity, were she pulled out the top drawer and grabbed what looked like a piece of red chalk. That thin smile on her face getting ever increasingly bigger.

Dawn then kneeled down and started to write weird archaic things on the floor in the shape of a small pentagram. When she was done, it covered a good third of her floor at the center of it was the three items. Standing she paced once around it clock-wise, then turning she paced around it Counter-clockwise three times.

This whole time she was chanting. And after each pass the symbols on the floor began to take on a slightly glowing hue of blood red. As she finished the third circuit of Counter-clockwise she stopped at the top, biting her thumb she drew blood. Watching as it welled up on the tip. "orheic Nalimenb MAhsicinch Balesting... I call upon you the great one of darkness. Heed my call, grant my wish. Set into motion the visions in the ball. I give to you as a price for this. My very own blood, to complete out pact." She finished her voice strong and filled with power.

Turning her thumb upside down and squeezing it so that three drops of blood hit the pentagram as it flared even brighter in acknowledgement of her abilities. As the blood hit it, the symbols flared black causing the room to loose what ever light it held. She felt the dark enegeries release themselves and congrigate on the objects. There was a resounding crack as if something shattered. Then it was gone all that darkness, the power filling the room. All that was left was a touselled Dawn and ash were the objects had been.

"Goodnight and pleasant dreams Clearisen and Ramesus. For you will enjoy the gift I have given you tonight. And on the morrow let's see what we have for you to do to save your little song bird." Her voice hollow and drained. But that thin smile was a full blown grin.
