Thanks for the compliment on the story Tonks. I really liked the story too!!!! I feel good for just getting the 5 points for our house because I haven't been the best Haven member lately for getting points. I haven't really done much but enter the fanfiction contest and talk to you guys!!
Katie, what instrument did/do you play? I play clarinet. What kind of Uniforms did you guys have? Our marching band has black tuxedo's with black barrett (those little French hats, I suck at spelling) and sunglasses.
Lily, I so totally got into our football game towards the end too, just because we actually scored some points. We went through most of the game without scoring anything. Did you guys have any kind of spirit week? I know the college in my town does a spirit week but it isn't as a high-scale thing as highschools.

Yeah but hopefully it doesn't get worse tomorrow during our morning exercises. That would suck. It should be alright though. I'm hoping he'll either forget about it, or just let it go since I got so into the game 4th quarter and I didn't eat the cookie or brownie I was offered.
We did a major spirit thing. Monday we had a hawiian luah that I didn't go to. I don't know what we did Tuesday, but I think Wednesday we had a comedian. Plus Thursday we did card board boat races in our pool. Then Friday we had Smash Mouth perform and ROTC set up a mechanical bull that people could ride. Saturday we had a parade and ROTC brought in a cannon and a tank. We also had a tailgate party and then we had the football game. ROTC delivered the game ball by being all dressed up in their full ACU's with their faces painted and doing buddy rushes across the field with all sorts of smoke as well as cannons. Then we had 4 f-16's fly overhead. The athletic department and the ROTC had this extra extra big flag they unfolded and held for the national anthem as well as the normal color guard that is at the games and such. Plus everytime we score ROTC shoots off the cannon and then we go down and do pushups. After the game we had our dance, but it was informal.
So that was the past couple days in a nut shell. I was origionally going to do the game ball delivery, but then Sargeant Huff said I would be doing the giant flag instead. I was kind of mad but I couldn't argue so I said ok. Then when it came time Major Caldwell told me not to do the flag but to help Chapman reserve seats. I found that was really funny because there the 1st sargeant was trying to distract us and shut us up, but the major was telling us to stay together.

Hare! I'm so glad you're back!! I think I either sent you a pm or gave you a comment a week or two ago. I was worried that something had happened and I'm sorry to hear about how you're doing. I've been doing real bad lately too as Katie I think it was pointed out already.
Lately I've had a lot of trouble swallowing any food and it always feels like something is stuck in my throat. I've been drinking a lot of hot tea to try and make it feel better and it does a bit but reallydoesn't make much of a difference. I've also notice a white bump in my throat {I was looking to see if I could see if my throat looked red or anything} and I tried to see if it was just food or something but it's a bump O.o Maybe I have some sort of infection or something. I have no idea.
When it comes to the fanfiction voting I always vote for a Hufflepuff no matter what lol. We have to support eachother razz
Well I'm off to do laundry.. I haven't done it in three days so there is a shitload of towels. emo

Hello, and your not interrupting. For me it would be The Goblet of Fire because in that book there were a lot more mythical creatures the the others, and it showed different wizard communities from other places.

That sounds awful Grey Gardens. If you can try to make yourself feel prettier at least a little. Luitenant was having us do sprints this morning and I worked so hard I felt sick and exhausted. I realized I had forgotten to pack clothes so biked home and decided I would make myself look all fancy. I didn't get many comments but I felt pretty. Plus the one that did comment was the boy that I like and he said I looked really pretty and should dress up more often. Pretty much it's a black skirt with a black shirt, black knee high socks, and black shoes that are so thin they might as well be slippers. Then I have a gold mother of pearl wrist watch on and a purple beaded bracelet that sais believe in English and French. Plus my hair is tied back in a half ponytail with a black hair comb with pink diamonds pinned at the top. I was a little worried someone would comment on all the black, but nobody said anything. I was also more awake today and managed to impress my history professor. I was confused about a part of the lecture notes from my read the night before. He puts the lecture online and expects us to read it before class and he randomly does pop quizzes. Well while I was reading last night I found he was talking about Augustus, but then in one sentance he said Augustine, and then went back to Augustus. I wondered what Augustine had to do with anything and why he had not elaborated any more on it so asked him about it today in class. Once he found out where I was he told me that it was a mistake that I had just caught. He thanked me for reading it so closely and then commented on how it had been like that for years and I was the first one to notice. I was pleased because he was impressed and marked something down as he sat there laughing. He then told me that I was a lecture ahead. So I did read last night, but I read next weeks lecture so failed the pop quiz he gave today.
Anyways, hi vincent, my favorite book would have to be that last one. It was so intence that it had me at the edge of my seat the entire time as I would get into heavy conversations with one of my friends that was sitting beside me reading it. Plus it proved many of my theories right. I had been arguing that Snape was good and that he had only killed Dumbledore because Dumbledore told him too. Many thought I was crazy but I was right. Then I kept saying one of the Weasley Twins had to die. Think about it. Mr. Weasly had been attacked by Nagini, Charlie is always in mortil peril with those dragons, Bill was attacked by Greyback, Percy was humbled as he left the family and all that turning into a twit, Ron had been attacked by spiders, brains, and pretty much anything else you can think of, and Ginny had almost died because of the Memory of Tom Riddle as he sucked her life to get stronger. Mrs. Weasley had to put up with all of this so her life sucked enough without her dieing. Fred and George managed to escape everything. The Weasley family was too big, and too against Voldemort to escape without a death. Many said I was evil, but that's my views on it, and obviously JKR had at least close to the same views.

Good catch with the notes, and xp for reading the wrong pages. Hate doing that. Was that IMPERATOR•CÆSAR•DIVI•FILIVS•AVGVSTVS that you were reading about? The one after Julius Caesar? Anyhow, I sure you looked very nice. I don't get complements either, unless it's from Steffyss, or my other friends. I never really feel pretty, just awkward. I don't feel comfortable in nice clothes or dresses, but you put me in blue jeans, flannel, over alls, blazing orange and/or cameo I feel right at home. Though I do look ridiculous by normal people's standards. xd I understand with the Weasley's and your right, but did it have to be Fred! I know there were two of them but couldn't she have taken Percy? gonk Heck take Ginny, her relationship with Harry was weirdly built and didn't make much since to me. I know she liked him like a stalker for three years, then she ignores hims, and the year after they're together. Hary didn't care till she ignored him it seems, and that just doesn't make any since! ninja I don't know maybe I am just not seeing it. neutral But really, I think she just put Ginny in so Harry could marry into the only family he every really knew. It's just to convenient for me and weird. Hell him getting with Luna would have made more since.

Hahaha yeah it was just after Ceasar but I read next weeks lecture. I didn't even realize it was a mistake. I was just confused about the mention about Augustine in the middle of the babble about Augustus. I'm surprised I read and remembered as much as I did. I have a hard time reading lectures and text books, but last night I took the lecture, popped in a Little House on the Prairie episode, and sat with a high lighter and a pen as I read the lecture. It worked pretty well and I guess that's just how I have to do it. Now to figure out how to do well in my Human Development class. There are 7 tests and a paper that make up our grade. I such at testing because I get too stressed out and I over think everything. I've been told by a couple people I should be a psychology major because I analize everything. That's why I tied all the Weasley stuff in before the book came out. I was wrong about Hagrin marrying Madam what's her bucket, getting her pregnant, and then getting killed, but I figured a weasley twin had to die because nothing had happened to them. Anyways, as far as Human Development goes, we had our first exam yesterday and I got a 66. It's not bad, but it's definately not good. I have to get a C- in the class to pass it, and I have to pass it to work for my Elementary Education Major. Not to mention I have to test into Math 1050 or I'm not going to make this work out in a normal 8 semester college thing, and that's with my 24 credits behind me. I have to finish General Education requirements, do my Elementary Education major of 124 credits, and then tie in my Military science minor adding an extra 17 credits. Tieing religion on top of it all I'm going to fall over. There is no room in my schedule to fail any classes.
As for Ginny, I've heard that story related to Spider man where the hero leaves the red head to keep her safe while he does his job and then they get together in the end after everything is safe again. I can see the Ginny piece even though I would much prefer Harry and Hermione together. I knew it wouldn't ever happen so I would never go into a debate with them as a couple because I base all my arguments off facts and there were no facts tieing them together. As for Harry and Ginny, you see from the beginning Ginny likes Harry, and that's before she finds out who he is. It's not too big because she isn't at school yet, but it's still there. In the second book she grows to go to school and is defending him to her fullest when Malfoy sticks his big nose into everything. She then chooses to confide in Harry. Well she would have confided in Harry if Percy wasn't stupid and scaring the damage out of her. She tried to confide in Harry about the diary. She trusted him. Later Harry shows his love and devotion by risking his own neck to save Ginny. Granted he would have done this for almost anyone, but it being Ginny seemed to give him more power and whether that power came because she was the sister of his best friend, or he kind of liked her is unclear to this point in my mind, but he still saved her. 3rd year she doesn't play much of a role which is one thing I think is a mistake in Rowlings area because you're right. The relationship should build. 4th year the relationship is still a little mysterious as most everything is lost in the confusion of the tornament and what not, but I agree that if she was to put Ginny in the picture later she should have made her more visible in both 3 and 4. Ginny later comes in strong in the 5th book as she grows and learns with the DA. Of all the members of the DA, she is one of the ones that makes it to the Ministry of Magic to help out, so she too plays a decent part. I think this is where Rowling started realizing her mistake, but she couldn't just throw it all in there or it would look too weird. Instead she keeps Ginny in the picture, but puts her at a kind of back view as Harry tries his luck with Cho. Ginny doesn't want to get in the middle of it even though she still likes him, so practices that "If you love him you have to let him go" crap as she steps aside and just watches. It's in the 6th book she gets her courage and after finishing her toying around with the guys and sees that Harry hasn't gone completley insane and that his temper wont always get the best of him she tries her luck hoping he'll find her as more than his best friends kid sister. Of course then Dumbledore dies which brings Voldemort to power and Harry pulls the spiderman trick trying to keep her safe, and as you see in the 7th book, she fights it to the end. Being as stubborn as any member of her family she finds her way around every loop hole she can to fight and give her all trying to show Harry she's not the baby he seems to think she is.
Sorry, I ramble when I analize. That's the exact reason why I've been told I should be a psychology major. Only thing is, I'm pretty much insane as well so I wouldn't help people much. Besides, I don't believe in medication.

I see, well the over view helped a bit but still I believe the relationship was built weird. xp As for them staying together right out of 'High School' as it were, that's also a bit weird for me. I understand people believe in souls mates and what not, but I believe they are truly really rare and not as common as Hollywood leads us to believe. Harry only dated one other girl, and Ginny had little more experience. I don't see how someone could be happy for a life time like that. I can see that leading to so many problems in a person's view of their spouse, but I know it happens a lot, and as well most of those couples split up, if they find another person later on because they realize that the person they thought they were so in love with out of High School isn't all they thought they'd be, or is no longer the same person. Yeah they are brave, yeah they both have tempers, and are bold, but it doesn't matter in day to day life. Love isn't making out in the back seat, or globe hoping with someone. It's not how much someone can provide for you or you for them. It's not even saving their life in battle, love to me is living with that one person in day to day life. It's taking the pork chop over the tenderloin, it's paying bills, getting the kids to school and practice, it's being there to help out when your spouse is sick and so on. It's being able to go through your normal life, take care of things together and at the end of the day sit down and go 'It was a hard day, but I am staying right here.' Most people see love as passion, I see it as two old people, sitting on the porch and they have nothing left to do in life. They've done it all. They only thing left is to sit together, and enjoy the company and the view.
Really that's all I want, someone I can sit and do nothing with. I know it's confusing, and it's hard to explain but really that's it.
As for the credit hours. xp I feel you on those. Well it's 1 in the morning I think now that I have drawled in a tired stupor about love, I think it's bed time. Good night.

To answer your question Vincent I'd have to say all of them. I just love everything about all of them {besides obviously the deaths}.
By the way guys, Bill being attacked by Greyback is cut out of the movie and same with Dumbledore's funeral. Now, if this turns out to be wrong, don't blame me for misinforming you because I was told this by someone on a forum I go on. The guy who said it said it was because "How can you feel any compassion for someone who's only been in the movie for 5 minutes." Which I disagree. It's bullshit lol.
Annnnd, I don't ask questions about WHY JK wrote anythign in the books. I just wonder if it was awkward when Harry told Ron that Ginny was pregnant, like "Ew man, you slept with my sister?" But that's me and my creepy mind lol.

I agree with you, I can feel compassion for Bill for being attacked, and if they are worried about not having enough of him, hell he's getting hitched in the next movie! That is the whole reason Molly and Fleur get over their fight. Molly realize Fleur really cares about Bill. And no funeral for Dumbledor... then how are Ginny and Harry going to break up, and are we just getting to assume Dumbledor is still lying at the bottom of the tower in a broken heap? And how are they going to explain where the Elder wand is? sweatdrop Good grief. And yeah that had to be weird. "Oh and Ron by the way I knocked up your sister." "That's great Har.... what?" You know George pulled some kinda prank with that on Harry and Ron, at least once before it really happened. blaugh

The movies all make me mad. My family refuses to take me to them anymore because I spent 3/4 of them screaming that it isn't right and that they cut something important. The only reason they didn't cut Kreacher in movie 5 was because JKR said they would be in over their heads if they did. And as for Harry telling Ron that, I would die laughing if I could see that. I personally imagine something like this.
"Ron, can I talk to you?" Harry plopped down on the end of his friends bed looking just a little worried. "Sure mate. Go ahead?" Ron sat in the middle of his floor with Harry's broom servicing kit as he straitened and cleaned his broom. "Ginny and I are going to have a baby." It came out kind of fast with the hope that it would take some of the shock out. "That's great Ha..." There was a pause as Ron dropped his broom and looked at the boy on his bed. "Say what?" "Ginny is pregnant mate." Harry sat looking at the floor trying not to meet Rons eyes when he was suddenly attacked and knocked of the bed with Ron on top of him, his big hands around Harry's neck.
Sorry I haven't been on. I got a notice yesterday about 2:15 or so saying I had 48 hours to move out of my apartment and into another a few blocks away. All my friends were busy and I can't legally drive. The one friend that wasn't busy can't legally drive either, but we had to move last night because both of us are busy today. So the two of us are taking turns driving my van illegally as I attempt to move in the middle of the week. I'm exhausted and really glad I'm alive since I almost killed us last night while it was my turn to drive. Yeah, he wouldn't let me drive after that because he knew I was too tired to concentrate on the road.

So was everyones' week good for them over all. Seems like everyone is pretty busy. I start my classes on Monday. I have two classes, because my car frizted (Yes that is a word to me) and the king pin fell out of the right front driver's side axel and the Corroborator needs to be replaced. xp So I have two classes after this to take. My internship and file management, whoo! I await them with bated breath. stare Wow I'm bored.
