[[Enter Batosai]]

Batosai entered the academy in somewhat of a bad mood. This bad mood was due to loosing his time training with Sensei and the other students as he couldn't find where Sensei lived. "That sucks. Like how am I suppose to know where he lives and no one even told me in the first place. Because of that I ended up staying at home doing nothing." Batosai shouted inside his mind. Despite that, he still didn't show it except for a blank emotionless face. Since he missed trainig, Batosai made somewhat of an oath to himself to not miss training. With this in mind, he was determined to catch up if it meant killing himself in the process. He walked right into the classroom and found the nearest seat and sat down, waiting for class to start.

Cassie pondered her thoughts for a quick moment and then sighed, "Kiketsu, I believe that you can now start working on the next jutsu with Hiru!"

Cassie started pounding on the desks, imitating a drum roll, "You will be working on HENGE!" She said in a deep voice.

Her attention turned to Batosai when he entered the room, she couldn't remember where he left off at so she walked over to his desk and stared at him, "Where did you leave off in the academy? I don't remember if you have another jutsu to complete or not..." Cassie trailed off in her thoughts for a second but came back, "My bad."

((Katz/Caleo - I believe you haven't started Henge or completed it...so how about you guys start on at that with Hiru.

Hiru gave the jutsu a first try. It's strange, when he read it in the manual just a few moments ago, it all seemed so simple! Now though, as he tried his first hand seal, a diffused image kind of appeared over him and almost instantly dissapeared. This was certainly frustrating to Hiru, but it was sure not going to stop him ! He got back a bit to his manual to see what he could have done wrong.

DC = 16 = pass
cp : 3 - 2 = 1
1/5
exp: +1

He gathered all of his strength, focused for a while, and then went ahead with the hand seal one more time. Instantly, in a splash of water, Hiru shifted into a pretty good copy of Kiketsu.

"Wow this is kinda weird, I look like some strange snake dude...", Hiru whispered.

He couldn't hold the form for long and a few moments later reverted back to his original form. He smiled and got back to the book before giving it another shot.

DC = 5 = fail
cp : 1 - 1 = 0
1/5

Hiru, pumped full of confidence from his successful attempt, barely gave the book a look and did a crude hand sign, probably thinking could stop him now. It seems what he was trying to turn into was Cassie-sensei, but boy did he get it wrong... The hair was strangely white, her hips were completely out of proportion, her eyes were swirly strange. It barely held for two seconds and the jutsu broke off.

Rest post: cp + 2
cp: 2

Hiru sat down a bit. The wounds he'd sustained from his evening encounter with his father were still aching and he had to take a few moments to get his spirits back together. He got back to his desk and watched the other kids a bit. He looked at Midori a bit. She was strangely pretty. She even had that big smile so few people around seemed to share... definately a sight to ease his spirits!

DC = 15 = success
cp : 2 - 2 = 0
2/5
exp: +1 (level up!)

Hiru stood up and tried morphing into the pretty girl in front of him. It barely took him any effort, her image was imprinted so well into his mind that all he had to do was keep it in his thoughts, focus the jutsu trhough his hand seal and let it all get to work. He immediately turned into a perfect copy of Midori. If at first the copy seemed very clear it soon got blurry and the jutsu wore off, he wasn't that far advanced yet...

DC = 19 = success
cp : 10 - 2 = 8
3/5
exp: +1

Hiru then changed subject. His eyes scanned the room a bit and he saw his best pal yet, Batosai. There was a dark cool look about him that made Hiru want to try morphing into him. He took a great long look at his friend, imprinted it into his memory and went straight to the hand seal. There was a subtly splash of water and Hiru turned into a perfect copy of Batosai, it was sort of strange though since he was smiling... the jutsu couldn't be that perfect!

Uzuki turned qround, surprised that he had missed her. Today must be an off day for him or something, but oh well. He looked around while some of the newer academy students worked on their Henge jutsu. "I'll just call you sensei for today. So what should I work on? I already know the henge, and the bunshin jutsu."

[Thanks night. I think I'm doing it right.]

Kiketsu stood with his arms crossed and decided to watch as the other students worked before he would get into the training. He had only known the students for a few hours, but could already guess some of their habits. Midori would become very excitable when she performed correctly. When the little girl didn’t, her mind was set into a quiet determination until she achieved her goal. Hiru was usually energetic enough to be the first to start things off. His body did things very quickly leaving little time, if any, to breathe.

The snake like child watched as the boy went back and forth between his book and transforming. First into the serpent like child, then into a coarse version of their teacher, next were a copy Midori, and finally another student from the class. Kiketsu didn’t decide to pick up a book for this exercise. He had remembered his sister trying to explain to him the mechanics of this jutsu before. With his new knowledge of chakra control, the youth had a good grasp of what he had to do. The only questions is could he perform it.

His fingers made the correct seal and Kiketsu released his chakra. Soon enough his body turned into the correct form he desired. The small, but built body within shorts and a t-shirt with a bandanna across her head. The bracelets and bangles associated with the girl’s arms and the green blue eyes. Kiketsu had done a perfect transformation into Cassie. Well except that his face still remained detached and cold from the rest of the world. Much unlike his expressive teacher.

Within a few seconds of the altered state the second female sailor disappeared and the white child was once again visible to the world.

Once transformed back, Kiketsu had to put his arms on a desk to lean on. His lungs felt as if the air was pressed out of the. The jutsu took a lot out of him. To hold the form took most of his strength and he was only able to maintain control for a few seconds. “Perhaps I should have chosen something more simple…..” his mind began to wonder as his mouth gulped down another liter of air. His mind began to wonder, just how Midoru had gotten good at transformation in a short time. She seemed to have it mastered by the time Kiketsu had seen his past sister execute the jutsu for the first time. This only made him more determined. He had to reach that same level as Midoru.

After a small rest Kiketsu tried again to convert into another object. His eyes closed and the youth began to force the chakra out of his body. A few minutes passed and nothing happened besides the small whipping of light energy around his form. Finally Kiketsu relinquished his attempt feeling as if oxygen was extracted out of him. He did not feel as weak as before, but he could tell his form still had to rest again. This may also be an exercise in his patience.

He began to stare at the pale features of his hand. His palm was shaking. “My limit is low…” Kiketsu thought to himself as he waited to feel strong enough to make another attempt at Henge. It was a good skill, but one that would need a lot of practice. His brain did remember Midoru saying something about it draining her. That and he had to make sure that the transformation was a copy of whatever he did. A person was very complicated to get right although Kiketsu knew he could transform into a person. Next time, he’d try something less complicated.

Batosai stood up from his seat and took a slight bow to Cassie. Even though he didn't like her as much as the others, he still learned that he had to respect his superiors. "Yes, of course." Batosai answered as he pulled back on his bow. Without hesitation, Batosai quickly made his way over to Kiketsu to start his training. He didn't know Kiketsu very well, but he seemed a person Batosai could work with in the future, if that was possible. Kiketsu and Jericho were the only other students to somewhat achieved Batosai's trust since his arrival at the academy. Some of the other like Midori and Shin he could trust if he got to know them better, But there were others that displeased and annoyed him like Sanabi and Hiru. Batosai then snapped back into reality as he realized he needed to focus on his training now more than ever.

Batosai took a quick minute to stretch out and loosen up. It wasn't necessary for him to do that since he wasn't going to attempt any physical exersices but it seemed to help him focus and concentrate. Batosai looked deep inside his mind for information and handseal about the henge jutsu that he researched yesterday in class. He began to perform the handseals correctly as he remembered then fragment by fragment in his mind, like a picture. But he failed to complete the jutsu as wasn't able to channel enough chakra to perform the jutsu. Batosai became displeased at himself for failing. "Dammit. I forgot to learn how to channel my chakra correctly. This jutst will be more difficult now that I can't channel chakra correctly" he thought. But he figured this would be the opprotune moment to learn while attempting to learn a jutsu.

Midori wasn't the type to give up so easily and she had just started too. Her body was still a little tired for chucking crabs all night. She was about ready to fall asleep but she kept herself up and went for another try. Nothing happened again and she just sighed. She would continue to go on but she was slower than the rest of her class. "I think I gained dyslexia from ready all those books. Let alone the fact I stayed up all night chucking crabs at Kiketsu." Midori thought as she gained an expressionless face like the crab Kiketsu.

Batosai took a few deep breaths as he wanted to successfully perform this jutsu at least once. One, so he could gain some confidence in himself, since Kiketsu had already begun to succeed in learning the jutsu. And two, was to help fully understand how much of his chakra he had to put into the jutsu. With knowing the right amount of chakra in a jutsu, Batosai could fully master it with ease. That was of course his theory. But the theory was good enough to give Batosai determination to continue to try on learning this jutsu, dispite not posessing the necessary skills and knowledge to do so. But Batosai was to determined to stop and take two steps back. So Batosai completed the handseals correctly and began to channel his chakra as he done so. But the ending was the same. Batosai again failed to perform the jutsu again.

Midori sighed again before going for another try. This time a few rocks had poofed out of her hand. She was curious as to why but remembered about her sister in Iwagakure with the unique bloodline. Earth affinity was it? She looked at the little rocks and crushed them with her hand. She felt awkward having such as her affinity.

"I need to rest I wasted too much chakra..." Batosai paused from his thoughts so that could rest. He took the closest seat next to him. He nearly passed out from the exhaustion, and he attempted the jutsu only twice. "...So this is how bad chakra is when its low on the body. Not only on stamina but on your abilities to perform jutsus. Now I understand what these ninjas go through in not only training but in survival missions as well." he finished collecting his thoughts as he thought about ninja like Sensei, Cassie, and even the Mistress herself. It was official, Batosai need to focus the majority of his training on catching up with the class, while balancing his own training of stamina and channeling his own chakra.

Batosai got up from the chair as he wanted to make another attempt with the jutsu. He took slow deep breaths as he tried to focus. "I got to get this right. I just need to get the right amount of chakra into it." he thought. He looked at the chair and tried to visualise himself as the chair. Batosai then began to make the handseals. Once the handseals were made correctly, Batosai started to channel his chakra. "There it is! Thats the right amount" he thought as he felt chakra flow rushing throught his body. "Henge no Jutsu!!" Right then a burst of smoke came and engulfed Batosai. As it faded it showed no one but a chair there that was similar to the one just a few feet away.

Kiketsu stared at the rest of the students as he allowed his body to restore energy. He took note of their progress and Batosai training in the same jutsu near him. The snake like child still did not like his eyes. In fact he hated it, but he had to maintain composure and cool within class. It would be rude not to.

Feeling better, Kiketsu decided to try another transformation. He decided to take the form of something simpler. So when placed his hands together, forming the correct seal and his chakra peaked. A small cloud of smoke formed around him. When the mist cleared a very big python lay on a desk. Its skin was as white as a ghost and the body was coiled upon itself. The gold eyes peered around the room.

The malevolent animal quickly reverted back into the shape of a boy with dreads. Kiketsu’s mouth was opened as he tried to regain his breath.
