This will be a test of what skills you now possess and where we need to start. I need to see if you have anything at all, or if I am starting from scratch here. It tests your abilities to work with others, and shows me what sort of mentality you have inherited

::she motioned with one hand out towards the forest:: Out there, is a gem. Its about two inches big and the color of an emerald, though it contains much different powers than a mere stone. Your job is to find it and retrieve it.

::she turned and headed towards the door:: and not to die in the process

::and without another word, Buki stepped back through the door which then shut behind her, leaving no trace that it had ever been there in the first place::

::a silence fell over the woods. Not a single sound but the soft breeze that rustled the trees::

Kaida didn't much care for team work but as she glanced over to the other girl she steps forward armed with a few of her mother's old kunais and the equipment to make as many exploding tags as she wanted. "I should wonder if we are working together or against eachother...." She shrugs and disappears into thin air with a mear and barely audible, "Touton no Jutsu". She had a few tricks up her sleeve and walking off she spent very little charka on this move. Once she felt safely enough into the forest she began searching for said stone. She did not fear what this forest held within its domain for there were much scarier things than a set of trees and a few fuzzy creatures with big fangs.

Kaida kept moving knowing that whatever laid ahead of her she need not worry for she had more training from her parent's than alot of the kids that went through the academy did. She went over to a large tree and walked up the side of it channeling all the chakra she needed to her feet so that she could walk up the tree and not force herself off of it. "Hmmm..." She walked to the top of the tree and looked abount trying to see if she could spot anything from there but only then leaped down and kept moving not wanting to waste any of her precious time on standing around like a nincompoop. She worked her way further into the forest and kept a single exploding tag handy for a quick blast if need be.

"What the hell was that" Rei jumped high in one of the trees 'It sound like a howl to me' Rei rolled her eyes 'No really. 'She put her sword in her seath and jump tree to tree, keeping a look out to what ever made that howl.

Kaida kept a sharp eye out and in no time at all she was standing right behind Rei. "Have you spotted anything yet?" Her voice was quick and sharp, her question being very to the point. "Well?" She put her hand on the girl's shoulder. "I think it be better if you stay near me... that way if one of us gets hurt the other can keep them safe til buki sensei gets back." Kaida looked around and kept her exploding tag at the ready to be thrown. She had come up with creative ways to wieght the tags and make them better throwing objects. "Come on... we gotta find that stone.."

Rei looked at Kaida " Hai, but I'm geting a werid feel about this place" keeping a firm hold on her sword

::after roughly ten more minutes of walking through the forest, the light was no longer visible through the trees, though the scource of crying grew nearer. As the approached a slightly thicker patch of trees, the could hear the crying from just beyond the patch, which lead into a clearing::

: surprised n the floor, with her back to them, sat a little girl with long black hair, whose body shuddered once in awhile with the effort of her sobbing::
