How do you increase your level if you have a beast seal? Can you get a summon even though it is already owned by someone else.?

1)You have to get into three really good battles.

You don't need to use a made up. Just post your summon idea in the idea's thread in the special additions sub forum and see if Drago approves. Note:You still have to train to earn the summon.

is there a way to get an item called heros water or is that too powerfull to use and also how do i get items such as food pill, plasma pill ect.

Well, If you look in the Special nin additions sub forum, the hero's water is one of the special items. I guess its not there ._. As far as the pills, I'm not quite sure myself. Any other mod know?

Scenerio
Say there's a three way battle. One person has 100,000 sp, another has 60,000 sp, and another has 30,000 sp. The 60,000 sp person is a magician with the Magic Eye. If they use a genjutsu on the weaker ninja and it becomes real then does that also effect the 100,000 sp opponent as well as the 30,000 sp one? From my point of view, if the genjutsu is real it should effect all the people except the creator. It just takes a weaker ninja to awaken the eye and wake it real. Am I correct in saying this?

Well there are the techniques used in conjunction with the weapons but that's all there is. And no you can't make your own hidden craftsman weapon.

Yes but that would require the members of the villages to fight.

There can be but most of the villages do not have leaders and of the ones that do most of the Kages/leaders are inactive

Sage-Hyuuga are the only weapons in Hidden Craftsman, are there any others, and if not can we make up a weapon? Or, if you just mean generic weapons, you can roleplay yourself getting them. Like you can have your character take a katana from a highwayman on your way to Hidden Void, or you can stumble across a small supply of blank scrolls in your parents' attic. If it's just generic things like that, you can get what you need rather easily.
