*Shortstraw looked to Donte, "How did the hunt go? I felt a demon pressence earlyer but it dissapeared not long ago, i assumed you took it out." He chukkled and motioned donte to the table, "come on sit down take a break. Your neise and nefhue are having there first time at the table. And Evelins staring everyone down." He chukkled and looked to evelyn, "we're all the weird ones." He nodded and leaned back. Meanwhile Lilly looked to Donte, "Everything okay master, you havn't been eating much latly. I made extra..." she offered hopeing he would take it.

Dante shook his head briefly before shutting the fridge door with the back of his foot and spinning around, sipping his drink. "I'm not hungry. Thanks though, Lilly." He walked over to Evelin and bent over to smile at her and poke her cheek gently. "Hey there little one. You're curious about everything, aren't you?" He then glanced to Theodore and wasn't surprised to see him tuckered out. Dante stood up properly again and started to walk out of the room. "I'm pretty tired. So I'm going to bed. Sorry guys." He sipped his drink again as he left the room and went upstairs. Hana pulled a face. "De-nied." She seemed happy at least. "More food for me!" Kiiro however lowered her head with a small frown.

*Inside Dontes room Solfora was sitting ont he bed, in her spot, reading a letter it seemed from her home castle, ore even more so her father. She stopped in the center of the letter, but didn't look to him, "headed to bed already?"
Meanwhile Shortstraw frowed aswell, "he has been really odd the past week or so. But then again, he is coliding worlds between what her learned out on his own, and what is here. So i guess it's nothing to be holding him on. Can't blame him, i was the same way for a while remember." He looked to Kirro, "one time Keria was gone for three years, and while she was gone, it was jsut me and your sister and i started to turn into a real..." he stopped and looked to his little girl, "butt-ach." He chukkled at his new word use.

Dante nodded and walked to shrug off his jacket, before noticing the heart was still in the pocket. "Yeah." He reached into the pocket and took it out before putting it in a bag at the side of the room, and did the same with the documents he'd stuffed into the back of his pants. He yawned and slipped off his shoes and then finally went to collapse on his bit of the bed.
Kiiro nodded slowly. "Yes... miss Kiera told me all about that." Hana pointed a fork at Kiiro. "She's been telling you an awful lot lately." Kiiro shrugged. "She doesn't have many people she trusts anymore, Hana." Hana grumbled and went back to eating her food. "More like she doesn't have many people who trust her." Hana then looked up. "And still just because they've come back from somewhere doesn't mean it gives them an excuse to be grumpy." Kiiro shook her head. "He's not grumpy.. particularly.. just quiet."

*SHortstraw nodded, "alittle too quiet. I would talk to him, but no idea how that would go. It's probably nothing." He chukkled. However Soflora nodded, "if it means anything to you... my father said in his letter that he's coming in a few days." She closed the letter, "And you know how he is. He's going to look for any reasion or way he can to get me to go home with him. I wish he would stop trying to make me go back to that damn hotel." She spoke planly as she put the letter aside and layed down, putting her back to Donte, "go... good night." She spoke plainly.*
Menawhile Cale and Veria were coming back home and went into her room where she spun, "alright time to tell you my plan." She closed the door and lead him down into the veria cave where she looked to him with her hands on her hips, "you have some power, but your right. Not enough to match his. Which is why i'm going to equal it out alittle. So tonight i can instal a few upgrades that your body will except, however for someone like you there isn't much i can do. So far in my watching of you i relized the only way to defeat one of both natures, is by another of both natures. Meaning you... or shortstraw. Shortstraw is part demon from his hunter, and his human side for some reasion takes the other side. This guy is fourcing my sisters hand, i'll send you in first, if it goes sower, i will teliport you home instantly, and i'll send in shortstraw. Theres somthing about him no one but me knows about yet, from way back when i first worked on him." She winked "what do you think?"

"Why would that not mean anything to me?" Dante however decided to leave it be as he rolled onto his side. "Good night Soflora." Hana shrugged. "I'm gonna leave him alone anyway." Kiiro frowned. "You're not still in that childish fight with him are you?" Hana leaned back in her chair. "We haven't spoken properly since then. And he got all quiet sooo... it's not exactly fighting." Evelyn sighed. "What is it with guy hormones that makes them want to be pricks."
Cale nodded with a grin. "I'll try my best. There's no way he's getting away with this a second time. I'm not going to lose to him again. Jesus that'd be embarrassing." He scratched behind his neck. "He's such a control freak now that I think about it."

*Shortstraw made a face, "hey on guys defence we have all reasion when the females are the ones that want all the control around here. So donte even start." He chukkled and looked to Evelin, "look even evelin is giving me the stardown." He laughed as he got up, "alright bedy-bye time." He slipped Evelin out of the chair carfully and took her hand, "wave night night." He waved her little arm and then looked to theador, "Evelyn, can you grab the little man?"

Evelyn nodded and stood up, carefully taking Theodore out of his chair. "All right, off to bed with them." She glanced back to Hana and Kiiro. "That probably means you two as well." Hana scowled. "Jeez it's only like eight o'clock." Evelyn frowned. "Really?" She walked out of the room confused. "Maybe I'm just getting more tired quicker." She sighed. "Either that or it's these kids tiring me out."

*Shortstraw carfully placed evelin down and then theador once Evelyn came in with him. "Alright Evelin, it's night night time, so it's time to sleep like your brother." He kissed her goodnight and turned to Evelyn, "dosn't mean we have to go to bed, just means they do." He shrugged, "though yea the kids are tiring even for me." He chukkled.
Meanwhile Veria had Cale knocked out and on the table soon enough. Not only would be get a rested sleep tonight, but he would also be temrarly upgraded in the morning.

In the morning, Dante and Hana were already down in the kitchen as they usually were. However not talking. Hana ate while Dante was reading through some articles inside the newspaper. Hana turned her head and tilted her head to see what he was reading. "Hey, another leader got murdered yesterday?" Dante's expression didn't change. "Seems so." Hana read more of the article. "All the leaders got sent straight back to their kingdoms when they found out." She frowned. "Then why isn't Kiera here yet?" Dante shrugged and didn't indicate anything else. Evelyn suddenly leaned over Dante's shoulder with a small frown. "Well whatever's happened... Kiera's not going to be happy. That's two of Kiera's loyal dogs dead." Evelyn stood back up properly and went to the fridge. "Do you eat now kitty?" Evelyn shook her head. "Kiiro's sick. I'm getting something for her." Dante however was still focused staring at that article. After what he saw last night he wasn't sure what to think.

*Meanwhile Veira was litarly dressing Cale up for his fight, "alright hun." She stepped back, "remember win it for me... and your little one. Do your best. And dont back down." She was trying to be encourging. As she then reached out to teliport him to where chir may be, and probably keria at that aswell, "ready?"

Cale grinned and nodded. "As ready as I'll ever be." He knew this was going to be a big fight. After what he knew Chris was already capable of. But now Cale was stronger as well. He just hoped that Chris didn't have a backup plan.
Dante suddenly stood up and put the paper on the table, walking out of the room. Hana looked up with a bagel in her mouth. "You're leaving without any breakfast? You didn't eat anything last night either." Dante left the room. "I'll pick something up in town later." He stood at the bottom of the stairs in thought. No.. he couldn't go and do what he was about to do. It didn't concern him. He shouldn't get involved. So he walked the other direction and out the front doors.

*Shortstraw was just waking up right about now, and he was checking up on the little ones as usarl. Little did he know that in the futcher he was going to be as pissed of as could be. Veria was watching ever move of cale and the fight, sitting next to charrlet on the bed, "This is going to be a intence right, and at the right moment, i'll have to get things prepaired. Cale may be a matcho man, but i'm not sending him in there alone." Suddenly her vioce appeared in dontes head, "it's okay little brother. It's either you tell him... or I do. Cales in there all alone, and he's going to need shortstraw. I just know it."

Cale appeared in the front room of what he predicted to be Christophers castle. He looked around himself for some initial threat, before finding that he was alone for the moment. Jeez this was creepy. Chris' castle was like the stereotypical dark castles you saw in bad horror movies with secret traps everywhere. Cale was still cautious as he moved out of the room however, and saw some large stairs that led up to a multitude of doors and corridors. "Jesus christ." He didn't want to wander everywhere just to find him. But he started up the stairs anyway. He checked the first few rooms and it all seemed so empty. He really didn't like this. The next door he tried he opened carefully to see a bedroom with a very grand old king size bed that Kiera laid with her hair splayed all over the pillow that she looked like some kind of sleeping beauty. "What the-" He walked closer to her. 'Sister... you sent him into a trap.' Cale walked next to Kiera and touched her cheek. He leapt back in shock. She was ice cold. The door suddenly slammed shut behind him and almost made him have a heart attack. Cale sighed, annoyed. "******** hell. Trying to get me with the cheap shots."

*Veria growled, "s**t! I was afrade of such." She stood and quicklly headed into shortstraws room and closed the door. "No time for words." She put her hands on his head and suddenly sent images into his mind, showing him everything, proof of it all. And shortstraw, was angry as he nodded with a serious look, "Evelyn, veria, look after the kids."
