Shi'ita looked towards Desta, as he reached to scratch an ear for some reason, then asked, "Do you think i overstepped something back there?"

I smile and purr softly when he scratches my ear before speaking just as softly. "No, I think you helped to give him a good wake-up call. Part of me wants to give him that serum to see how 'pest-like' it is..." I finish my sentence in a purr.

"Keep an eye on him my pets, don't want anything to happen to him just yet," I say cheerfully, then go searching for a map. The best place to look first would be to ask Zazigh, so that's what I'll do.

Laci keeps quiet for a long time, thinking about what she heard in the professor's head. She slowly moves over to him, eyeing him carefully. She leans close and whispers, "So did you mean to turn us into animals? I don't understand what it was yo were trying to accomplish. Just mind control? Or was us becoming animals intentional too? I'm confused."
O.O.C. Sorry I haven't been around much. I have an exchange student living with me until Sunday and I've been very busy.

Desta & Shi'ita:
As you ascend to the second floor, Zazigh takes the lead.
"Do it, if you wish," Zazigh says. "Of course, you'll have to get some first. That might be hard."
Selphie:
You find Zazigh, Desta, and Shi'ita on the second floor.
Desta & Shi'ita:
Selphie comes down from the third floor as you make your way toward that very staircase.
Laci:
"No, that part was not intended, as much as your friend here would like to believe it," the Professor says, with a quick glance at Jasmine. "I was TRYING to create the perfect soldier, as the serum was meant to alter the mind to the perfect mindset for an Eleixandre soldier. It was not supposed to alter the body at all."

"Oh, the perfect soldier is storng, agile, and charming, so it's obvious you had to give my fur and tails and such! Disarming with a smile's easier then with a sword, you know!" I say teasingly to my prisoner.

The Professor rolls his eyes, but does not comment.
Selphie & Desta & Shi'ita:
"Oh, hello, Selphie," Zazigh says. "Yes, of course. Let me go grab mine from my backpack."
He heads to his room on the third floor. Should you follow him, he hands it to you after rummaging around for a minute. If you wait for him, he returns with it in hand.

My expression turns thoughtful as I get the idea to look for serum and have that guy take it, but then I would need a mask like we had...and the effort to find some serum might not be worth it...unless Jasmine gave hers up, but I highly doubt that would happen... I finally shrug slightly and then notice Selphie and re-process everything that had been said and done. I smile to Selphie politely as I stick a bit closer to Shi'ita and then look at the map of Zazigh's curiously. "So what do you need a map for, Selph?" I ask curiously as I look back up at her.

I follow him, and take the map when he hands it to me. "Thank you!" I say, before skipping to the room the professor is in. Of course to keep my more fearsom image to him, I stop skipping when he is able to hear me walking down the hall.

Shi'ita ends up following after Selphie and Zazigh, but staying by Desta. After all, he couldn't help but be a little curious as to what was going on, but he was still more weary so stayed back a small distance from the others. Besides, maybe others would come popping out of nowhere or something and well, he didn't want Desta hurt.

The Professor smiles weakly at seeing the map in your hand. Zazigh follows you into the room, making The Professor stop smiling.
"All right," he says. "We have bases here..."
He begins to point out locations: Gastil and three others in Czarist Hyssmaye; four locations throughout Haseem; seven throughout Omissar (your home nation); two in Huemacoch; and one in each of the twelve sections of Aytig, including Zadolf, the last city-state still opposing the Eleixandre's campaign against Aytig. However, you notice that he hesitates when pointing out the base in the territory of Dalsting, the most recent city-state to fall.

I had followed Selphie and Zazigh back to where the Professor was and watched as he seemed to be pointing out bases. I stay a bit of a ways back and finally just go to a corner where I lie down in a catlike manner. There didn't seem to be much I could do at the moment anyway.

"The Dalsting region houses a facility that does not belong to either the Eleixandre or the White Coats," he says. "It used to be a White Coat facility, but it was vacated and left for ruin after the Coats were forced from Aytig after a major conflict with Haseem. The facility is supposedly in use by an organization called the Black Cloaks."
