Torque knew it was wrong to fight a little kid but he didn't the kids and babys in his village where murdered so he didn't care beside's he figured he would teach the brat to respect his hokgae, but he was also surpirsed a ANBU didn't kill the little brat on the spot for talking to the village leader like that.

"You may join.... but I will not let you fight him.... if he thinks hes so big, then let him prove it.... 7pm at the Ancient Forest. If you can injure me at all.... Ill promote you to Jounin rank.... if not... then you have to file all my paper work for a month?" Sotaru crossed his arms from his chair,"Think you can handle that bud.... if not then you can go ahead and start cleaning my desk?" Souzousha had the right attitude for times, but it was misplaced, he didnt know a thing about Sotaru. He might as well pay for it, learn a classic shinobi lesson while hes getting his a** turned inside out.

-Akihiko grabbed Erika's arm and stopped her- The hokage has thing under control. -he let go of her arm and got up and walked over to the desk- Hokage-sama, I am a survivor of the moon attack, I wana know.....why did it happen, who is responsible for this? Is our village in danger of the same fate as well? -Akihiko threw many questions at the man at the desk, he wanted to know everything he could learn about this incident, Akihiko was still beat up, his arm in sling, he has a little limp in his walk, and a pretty deep scar on the side of his neck-

"I have no qualms with that, at what rank will you be joining us?" He nooded and threw a comment over his shoulder,"If youre that skilled with fire then you can fix my window kid; the scrolls are in the bottom right drawer..." He turned completely to face Aki,"Well.... it was... my brother I think... he used the Daimyos subordinates to get what he wanted and left. I know he wanted to kill my family... but that cant have been his main goal or he wouldve come to the exams first where I was.... no he wanted to find something, make space maybe?" Sotaru sat back down in his chair and closed his eyes in thought,"Its hard to say, too many variables, no determined hypothesis..."

✘ Souzousha listened to Torque and saw Torque was ready for the challenge. This made Souzousha stand up so, he could go outside and end Torque's life. He was stopped by the Hokage and he sat back down calmy making no noise. "Hmph, be ready Hokage-Sama. I would like to take on Torque and take his life before we have our battle just to make some thing fair. If you know what I mean..." Souzousha tried to convince the Hokage that he should fight Torque for reasons of his own. It was already a personal thing between Torque and Souzousha so, sooner or later they would engage in battle against each other.

" i am chunin rank, if there is anything you need done before i attened to my training and looking for a apartment i'll be happy to do it... oh and i was wounder if i may keep my cloud village headband as well as wear the leaf headband? i will move the cloud's on my leg and put hte leaf's on my right arm "

Torque then laughed at Souzousha's remark

" Kid if you want a death match i hope you are ready to die, you talk about killing me and your to over confident you can kill me but i'll change your mind after you get hit you'll see you made a mistake picking a fight with me but if your ninjutsu is better than my taijutsu then i am ready to die haha but i doubt that would happen cause i'll tear you the hell apart "
