"  Hiniko took an extra step back and activated her byakugan. She might fail again but this was going to be interesting. She figured she would start of simple at first.
Quikly she performed the right hand seals and called out
Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu! (Earth Release: Inner Decapitation Skill) she dissapeared underground and knew/hoped he couldn't see her. She "swam" her way over to him and aimed to grab his ankles. She knew this was pretty simple, but she wanted to work her way up, see what best against him, get to know his fighting style better.

Chuunin | Katon | Suiton | Konoha Quickly Snapping on his Sharingan; he scanned the ground. Feigning as though he was unaware of her position,He sealed for the Yojin Bunshin; using her inability to see above ground; he traded places with the bunshin, as he ascended a tree. he waited until she committed to grabbing at his ankles;(or the clones rather) and as her hand wrapped around it and began to pull it under; He formed the release seal; causing it to explode in her hand. He would wait in the tree to see what she had planned next. Yojin Bunshin no jutsu: 3 Chakra: -1 for Uchiha blood; -1 for chakra control = 1 Chakra Sharingan active - 1 Chakra Remaining Chakra: 50

When his plan worked and the thing exploded in her hands, it caused her to come out from underground and roll a good few feet. She easily set up afterwards and laughed. "Good one." she commented waving her hands a little. she was fine other than hurting her hands. She glanced around and spotted him without giving him notice.
"hmm let's try something a little harder shall we?" she commented to herself. She performed the clone jutsu, then she performed different handsigns.
"Kokuni Arazu No Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique)!"
and suddenly they were no longer at the training grounds, but in a rainy wet forrest, A hiniko was standing on the branch of a tree, watching taiji but wich one, her or the clone? She smiled at him.
remaining chackra-16 (i think i suck at using the chakra system)

Chuunin | Katon | Suiton | Konoha Taiji smiled widely at hiniko; She had no idea that now; the two were in his domain. As the genjutsu began to take effect; Hiniko would notice that her genjutsu had been turned upon her. The rainforest was now burning up before her eyes; the dense forests dropping smoldering debris around them. Now as he could clearly see through the illusion, and had instead trapped her in his own; he turned to the real her; while she was caught up in his world; casted a secondary illusion inside the first. She would see none other than her lover vincent, speeding her way; as he threw a powerful straight punch towards her stomach. The real Taiji, now hiding within one of the training grounds trees; lest she break through the genjutsu. Hiniko thought his plan very clever. so he's a genjutsu user? she thought mildly amused. She was amused that is, untill she spotted Vincent comeing for her. And then she frowned. That was a cheap trick.
Being a skilled kanoichi and juken user, she was well able to take care of herself at the moment. Vincents strike to her stomach missed as she did a quick jump backwards springing onto her feet, before springing back onto her hands.
"Clever" she mutterd again. She had to remind herself this was fake. "ready to fight face to face now?" she asked loudly unsure of where taiji was at, she couldn't spot him when all her focus was on Vincent.

Vincent had arrived on the Training Grounds and had already set his bag aside when he saw his fellow clan member, Taiji Uchiha sparring with Hiniko.
Sitting down at the trunk of a nearby tree he decided to watch before he would make his presence known.

 Just as Zin was about to start on his new element he looked over his shoulder and smiled brightly. Once more, only one other person could bring the child to smile so wildly whom was outside of his bloodline as he screamed over to here," OnIiIiIiIiI-ChaAaAaAn!!!!!!!" Zin pipped loudly over and waved brightly. He hoped he didn't distract her from training but he most definitely had to let her know that her presence was indeed known!
After having a burst of happiness now feeling his youthful body, more so that Hiniko looked more or less in top form. It seemed the wreckage of the Chuunin exams hasn't harmed her too much, but even so, Zin was working on ensuring that what happened back then would never happen again. But before that... Zin decided to continue working on his jutsu. He rather had only one down, and most definitely didn't want to be at the training grounds all day!
Thinking of the best method to approach learning a fusion of his Fuuton and Doton element, Zin decided it might simply be better if he learned a couple of Fuuton techniques to better understand the element itself before tackling something as hard as elemental combination. In which, he'd start with something extremely easy... a simple Fuuton Wind Clone.
Instead of thinking normally like he'd usually do to procure a clone, Zin brought about procuring a clone through the sharpness of the wind. Closing his eyes and focusing his chakra for a few meager seconds, seeing as he had rather good chakra control, and weaved through the hand-seals. They essentially were the same for a regular bushin except for one, and Zin found that 'one' seal rather easy to decipher as he spoke,"Kaze:Bushin no Jutsu..." And with that ending word, he felt the wind that blowed around him become instantly controlled and soon enough a entity made out of the wind appeared to his side. Zin beamed brightly as he poked the clone, to ensure it indeed was proper before taking a stab at its neck to dispose of it." Hmmm... What do you guys think?" Zin asked softly to his snakes who hissed their thoughts about the jutsu and possibly what needs to be done to better it's abilities.[ Kaze Bushin no Jutsu 1/1 ]

Vincent then heard someone call out "oni-chan" and that's when he saw the little boy named Zin. He smiled as he was hard at work in training as well. He wanted to go up and say "hello" to him and tell him the news about how he became a chuunin but he was hard at work and decided that he needed to get to his own work instead.

After Zin got his analysis from his partners, he looked over and saw another one of his team mates to his side as he gave a wave," Ni Hayoo Vincent-san!" The child pipped giving a kindly greeting as it was good to see he had to arrived back to Konoha safely. The child went back to his business as Zin had a lot to accomplish before the end of the year. He wanted to prepare for the... 'take over' that he had to achieve. And it will start with tonight which was one reason Zin kept glancing at the sunlight and those within the training grounds. Wanting to ensure that everyone was gone before he employed his first plot.
Bending down a little to see what he should learn first, Zin looked through his Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Taijutsu books to see what he should start brushing up on.

Taiji Quickly hopped down from the tree he was sitting atop. He smiled to her as he dispelled his genjutsu. "You see though. Genjutsu is my specialty. An art that makes me far deadlier than most ninja you would normally come across; but please, don't let that bother you. This is only a spar."
As he said this; he shot off in the direction of hiniko; The dust clone of vincent would throw a sharp roundhouse to drag her attention away as Taiji would flank her. Making a few hand seals and then putting his open palm in front of her eyes, He would cause an orb of water to surround her entirely; suspending her where she stood. After creating the orb; he would thrust his hand into it; immediately making hiniko feel as though she would soon drown within this bubble he had created.
Taiji chuckled to himself with an almost sinister look upon his face " Trust me; I won't kill you. But I can't say for certain how close I may drag you to the gates of hell though."

Hiniko was cought, she hadn't taken this spar as seriously as she should have, and so now he had cought her. She cursed herself. She managed to twist away from vincets attack, but only to get cought in taijis new attack. She couldn't tell the difference anymore, and emediatly began to feel like she was drowning. She tried to hold her breath but it was too hard. She felt like her lungs were burning, and despite being in water she heard every line he spoke. She narrowed her eyes determined not to show him how startled and angry she was. This had been so simple, she could have done so much better.
Those thoughts were distant though, and she only sruggled more to breath. She remembered the last time something like this had happened, and she freaked out. She shut her eyes and curled up as best she could trying to ignore it, her heart pounded violently in her ears.
(woot for easy freak outs lawls )

Taiji immediately noticed her increased heart rate, and saw her begin to curl into a ball; almost as though she were allowing herself to drift away. He quickly dispersed his own illusion, and grabbed her up. he shook her for a moment; seeing if it would cause her to become more aware.
"hey, hey, hiniko?"

It took her a few minutes to realize she didn't have to gasp for air anymore, or that she felt any pain at all really. And so when taiji shook her and she opened her eyes looking at him she could only stare blankly feeling confused.
"uhm" she muttered blinking.

Then something hit Zin... he rather... didn't want to learn any more jutsu's from those before him. He was a Chuunin now! And what he couldn't do at Nagi Island, now that he was in Konoha, he could do what he intended... create his newest jutsu that he had been working on. Looking to Hitan and Nagi, Zin gave off a curt hiss to them in which the similar reply was returned, as Zin briskly started to replace his books back into his satchel. When he looked over his shoulder to the little fight between Hiniko and Taiji, Zin frowned as once more did she lose a match. Her skill was there... but because she won't accept what he was trying to bring out, she would never become as powerful as he knew she could be.
Standing up and slinging the satchel over his shoulder, Zin's slitted hues fell softly yet without warmth on Hiniko, This will be the last time you take a loss Onee-chan. His eyes then turned to the vacant Hokage tower lightly, narrowing his eyes for a couple of moments before silently exiting the Training Grounds. Zin needed to be away from all the distractions and unwanted eyes to start working on the technique he had in mind.[Exit to Konoha Ninja Academy- Roof]

Vincent was about to greet Zin in return but then he stopped as the little boy had dashed out of the training grounds to some location that only he knew.
He then looked over at Taiji and HIniko and saw that she was panting heavily.
"Hiniko!" Vincent called out, "are you alright?"
