"We were trying to relax in the tropics when Demi and her mother had taken our boat out alone, hoping to go on a cruise on the island. Some troublesome local pirates however ruined that when they hijacked the boat and kidnapped them both. They let Demi go, their only sign of mercy seeing how she was only 5 off on the opposite side of the island where I was at, leaving her to wander lost until she was found by local authorities. And these same bastards who found her also refused to work with the pirates, so when their demands for money in exchange with my wife weren't met... Well, you can figure out the rest I'm sure..."
"Dad's been paranoid since the same thing is going to happen again." Demi whispered into Dante's ear. "I had to sneak out in the middle of the night just to sign up for KAVA and that was a total pain in the a** getting past security and all that.."
